This is why I like to just wait until it hits DVD.  It drives me nuts to get half a season and then wait a few months until the rest.

What did everyone think of "The Ex-Files"?  I found it one of the better episodes of the season, but I like the light hearted stuff a lot better than the attempts at tension like the zombie episode.  I also really, really like the banter with Stark and Jack.  I miss Stark because he was one of the only people who hated Jack - or at least picked on him a lot.

I bought this off ebay a couple months ago and I just don't love it like I did my iPhone so I would like to sell it.  Since it is a perfectly working phone and is pound for pound one of the best phones on the market now I want to get what I paid off ebay for it so the price is $400.  I have never sold anything for that much but it feels like a fair price when I look at N1s for sale right now on ebay.

Here is a link to my local Craigslist add which has photos.  I thought those might help more than anything else I can say.

PM me if you are interested.

Oh and I plan to buy an iPhone 3GS for around $300-350 and pocket the hundred so if you have an iPhone 3gs and want to offer trade+cash I would be interested.

Just do some research on her past...and imagine that your daughters grow up to be just like her.  Kids emulate the trash they see on TV.

If you don't believe me, spend some time in our wonderful public school systems.  Society is heading to a scary place.

Perhaps I don't understand.  Your saying a woman who is "trashy" is bad but a bunch of guys who try to violently attack her are good?  Then you say that society is scary?  Yeah it is because some people seem to feel that violent attack is justified if you don't like someone's stage act - not because some stage acts suck.

Indiana Jones is an achaeologist.  He searches for historical artifacts and enjoys hunting for artifacts based upon popular legends and that have some historical significance.  The Holy Grail and The Ark of the Covenant are based upon historical legends and have at least some basis in archaeology.  Edit:  Sorry, missed the spoiler.

The conclusion in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crap does not.  That I believe is the main discrepancy in the series irritating fans.

Neither one is remotely true so I find them interchangeable.

i am ok with "just" getting a bigger explorable area.  i think batman would make a great open world game, but AA proved that a great batman game doesn't need to go that route.

Everything doesn't need to be a sandbox game/open world game.  AA's restricted focus allowed for a much better story.

So what did people think of the Zombie episode?  Personally I would rate it at the bottom of the list.  It felt really contrived to create the final big payoff.  The power just went off at the right time (well some parts because there were a lot flashing lights - clearly to give a more scary effect.), every zombie decided to attack Allison, etc.  While obviously all the episodes have things happening to build up to a climax this episode seemed to have more than usual of things with no purpose but to setup the final scene.

All in all it isn't an episode I will watch again.  Nothing really happened, well one thing but that was pretty clearly coming.

This is exactly what happened, though. This girl exhibited poor behavior on the internet and 4chan stepped in to correct it. Bet she doesn't make any more stupid ass videos where she threatens to blow someone's head off.

No she will just threaten whoever 4chan is currently hating.  Bullies are bullies.  4chan is not a great group of cyber police protecting people.  They are people acting exactly the same as this kid.

#3 is the only real way to go obviously.  It is time for people to donate for what they really want.  I don't think it is too much to ask for that.  Heck I spend a few bucks each week on apps for my phone, I can afford a few for this site where I spend a lot more time.

One thing I think is important is to make it "Now"  When the paypal link is always up people start to ignore it.  Or they think "I can donate anytime"  You want people to give at a specific time (now)  The trick to this is publicity.  How do you keep people up to date on how much you have raised, how far you have to go etc.

And if that fails sell high reviews to publishers! It works for a lot of the industry. smile

Sheriff--er, Deputy Andy?! I was wondering when we'd see that cowardly robot again.

Watching it right now, but this season is pretty interesting even if they retreaded already covered territory.

Cowardly?  He came in to save Jack at the end of his main episode risking his own life when he didn't have to.  He has always seemed very courageous to me.

Spoiler for Hiden:
I am wondering if this really will be their reality from now on.  No take backs?  I can't believe it.  I am also still waiting for Nathan to be back.  It is a different time line after all.

I picked up a Nexus One off Ebay for $430 last week.  It worked great with my carrier (t mobile) with no data plan.  It connects to wi-fi at work and at home great.  It is pretty much just like my iPhone was for me - except newer, faster, and Android.  If I had ever needed the Internet outside of where I could find wi-fi I might feel differently but I feel like I saved myself a lot of money by buying the phone and not the service I don't need.  Sure $30 vs. $480 isn't a lot over two years but if I can sell the phone for even $100 in two years I will have saved $150 which is worth it to me.

The only thing I expect to be disappointed by is gaming.  Just the screen shots of Android games compared to Apple games is enough to disappoint me already.  Is there some kind of technology with Apple allows for graphics that Android doesn't?  Just look at solitaire games on both.  The cards, the backgrouds, everything just looks worse on Android.  Why?  I am not a programmer so maybe there is some technical reason I don't understand.

And there isn't much chance it can compete with EPL but it is funny that they are trying.

Heck Predators was third this weekend!  I can see Despicable Me because of kids but it lost to freaking Twilight!  Judging from that, Expendables will be lucky to be second after EPL.

Why is it that when I am using Safari to view websites featuring apps and there is a link to view the app in Itunes that the link does not start the Appstore app?  I have to separately start the Appstore and search for the app. Am I missing something here?

It does for me...what sites?  Like,  Those both open the app store for me... but it did that out of the box so I have no idea what to tell you to look for in the settings.  Sorry.

Out of curiosity, I've always heard that the animated show was really good. What makes it that way?

Good writing, good voice work, well done animation.  A plot that is overarching for the season/series but each episode deals with something fresh.

I liked it a lot but I love the show.  I was a bit disappointed though since this feels a lot like the plot where Kim died and Henry changed the time line.  Season 2 I think.  Anyway still a great show that I wait for each week.

My Kingdom For The Princess - THIS GAME IS ON SALE FOR 99 CENTS! For the price this is an absolutely ridiculous bargain. I got it for $5 but would have paid $10 and still considered it a steal. I got in trouble with my wife over this game, it's so addictive. It's a time/resource management title in which you are tasked with clearing roads and rebuilding structures in order to get the princess home safely. Tons of levels, very challenging gameplay (if you go for gold on each level), and it kept me absolutely hooked from start to finish. Easily one of the best games I've played on the iPad to date.

I got the lite version and then bought the game after playing two levels.  It is quite good.  I usually hate real time games preferring to have time to think but this one is just simple fun.

Also to happydog I think you are required to get the data plan if you get what is considered a smarth phone.

Well you could just buy the phone outright.  They run in the $400 to $500 range.  Actually that isn't that bad really.  You can buy an unlocked Nexus One off ebay for $450.  The data plan is $30 a month for two years so $720 total.  If you don't want the data plan it is actually cheaper to buy the unlocked phone.  Of course they don't want you to do that because they want your extra $$$ but if you can do it it is cheaper.
