Wrong thread boys. South Park. Remember?
honestly, after 14 seasons of experiencing the topics the boys cover in the show, we should probably move any south park discussion to R&P by default. Except y'all are getting carried away with your bullshit political agendas against each other. With the regular r&p posters pushing their bullshit agendas. Take that shit to r&p, leave us the south park stuff. Fucking bullshit. This is the reason I only visit r&p every other month or so. Same bullshit wash, rinse, repeat.

I am just trying to figure out why you would sign off on a performance appraisal that you had fundamental issues with? At the very least request a meeting with HR and the manager to go over the issues, bring in prior appraisals and ask questions. If your boss drives you nuts it is a great way to put one to them by having hr come down and start questioning their methodology, especially when you have legitimate reasoning to question them.
This was my thought as well.

Using upgrade version: From Winsupersite: After performing the clean install, ensure that there are no Windows Updates pending that would require a system reboot. (You'll see an orange shield icon next to Shutdown in the Start Menu if this is the case).
Then, open regedit.exe with Start Menu Search and navigate to:
HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE/
Change MediaBootInstall from "1" to "0".
Open the Start Menu again and type cmd to display a shortcut to the Command Line utility. Right-click this shortcut and choose "Run as administrator." Handle the UAC prompt.
In the command line window, type: slmgr /rearm
Then tap ENTER, close the command line window and reboot. When Windows 7 reboots, run the Activate Windows utility, type in your product key and activate windows. Microsoft stated they don't have a problem with this method(assuming you have a prior version on your machine).

Two monitors won't help for applications that use 3D graphics. A fullscreen application will require focus from both monitors even if it uses just one. Clicking on the "free" screen will cause the application to lose focus and all its 3D resources, which removes any advantage from that configuration.
That's good to know.

As Deb would say, "Fucking Fuck!". I thought a couple of episodes had Dexter doing some ridiculous things, but then he's not exactly right in the head so I can live with it. I thought something had to happen It'll be interesting to see how he avoids special interest after this.
