Sounds like the Duo is the way to go. Anyone have an opinion and the Dual 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 cards? I figure if I'm going to do it, I may as well do it well. Worth it in the long run, or overkill?

I'm leaning toward the new rig as well.

Obviously I'll go dual core processor, but what about video cards? Is it worth the dual 512 or 1 Gig (dell has both)if I can afford it, or should I take it a notch down with the idea that I am going to replace it anyway.

After Gothic 3 and NWN 2 play a bit like a slide show no matter how much I disable, I'm in the market for a new rig. 2 questions:

1) Should I wait until January for Vista and the DX10 cards or does it really matter?

2) Can anyone recommend a good rig (I'm looking to go high end) that is fairly easy to upgrade for a lightweight. I am leaning toward Dell. I was able to add a new power source and video card to my current rig, but I'm not looking to build something.

I've tried both, but I really like being able to play through an entire story--I never had the original XBOX. Anything that allows story co-op via LIVE that I should check out?

I am having a blast playing through the story campaign of PDZ co-op on Live  with my brother who is 3000 miles away. We are almost finished (I think), but wanted some recs for other games (besides Halo) that allow for co-op on live through the story campaign. Thanks.

Can it be done with Madden/NFL2k as well?

I am considering an XBOX and was curious if many of fps (Halo 2, Ghost Recon) can be played in COOP mode online.  If so, what are the best games for this mode?

Just picked up Shadowman after several recommendations but I can't seem to get it to run on xp. Anyone have any tips.

I still have Painkiller installed on my PC, but do not have the CD (I traded it). Can I play the expansion, or do I need the original CD?

Anyone have impressions with the keyborad/mouse combo with non-fps games?

I am actually more interested in using it with the platformers/rpgs (for some reasons all joysticks seem to really hurt my wrists) than I am with FPS's. If anyone has a chance, how does it work with those kind of games?

Just curious of there is a keyboard and mouse combo for any of the consoles. I'd like to buy one, but prefer the KB + M setup for games--I can't seem to get used to any kind of a joystick or Mpad.
