Playing "God of War II" Finally I have small dose of time to play and relax.
I played for about an hour and so far game is great.
This is first time I am playing serious, not playing puzzle game on PSP or cell-phone, this year and it makes me all giggly and happy inside.

BTW ATB, since gaming has become common place in pop culture, you're not a nerd anymore when you read game-based novels.
Denial is an ugly ugly thing, kronovan. No, seriously, you should see the kids who come in to pick up Halo fanfic. Knuckle-dragging mouth breathers, the lot of them. Hey don't talk about my friend like that He has all the Halo books (novel, comicbook, etc) plus the figures.

Can you play as "new" Green Goblin only in Special edition? or was advertise in Gamestop just another gimmick?
The Collector's Edition of the PS3 version allows you to play as the Green Goblin, that is correct. How about XBOX360 version? or regular version for 360 and PS3? That kinda suck to pay extra $10 just play as Green Goblin

I believe they just want to clear old stock... I seen XBOX and Gamecube games both new & used for very low prices. Also, this week at Gamestop/EB, buy 2 used game, get 1 free

- They know the game is a buggy mess and expect it to be a buggy mess until 2008 - They expect that somehow in 2008 that all the stars will align and that Vanguard will be "re-launched", possibly with an expansion, that will fix most of the major content/gameplay issues.
Holy shit is this game doomed. And it was doomed from the start. I guess what's sad to me is that I followed Vanguard for almost 2 years with high hopes. I wanted something that was a little more group oriented than the solo-to-60 WoW model. I wanted something that was a bit more hardcore than WoW. And I wanted a universe that was unique, fleshed-out and fun. For a while, Vanguard was looking like that game. I was around to apply to the closed beta over a year ago (wasn't selected). There were some concerns early-in that they were going too hardcore (especially in crafting) but there were a lot of encouraging signs as well. Then the closed beta folks started leaking out the problems with the bugs, engine and overall dull gameplay. I gave up hoping on Vanguard when I saw virtually every beta player said the game wasn't ready for launch when the launch date was announced. Complaints are common during beta, but when your biggest fanboys are saying that the game is woefully short of being launch-ready, then you know it's a major problem. So on a personal note, I'm glad I saved my money...but there's that part of me that's sad too. I am glad that you are all into hardcore and grouping. As for me I am more of solo player with sometime grouping and I do not want game that does not require to play everyday, everyhour.. And I believe in order for newer games to get big, they have to stay away from just Hardcore gamers and carter toward to causal and newer gamer. If you are already Hardcore player, then you are already playing something, WOW, Everquest 2, etc. It will be easier for developers to suck in newer players than convert the one alreday playing other games.

You know it's so true.. Wedding and honeymoon is about what bride/wife wants to do and only 10% is what you want to do (then again what I want to do is sleep, play games, read book, etc)

I highly recommend going about an hour outside of Orlando and taking a swamp boat tour. It is a nice change from the tourist track, fun zooming through the swamp and you get to get up close and personal with alligators doing their thing.
That is great idea! Alligators and swamp.. I love getting her scared and make her hold me tight.

Thanks for all the info I would love to go to Pac-man Cafe and Disney Quest, however I don't think I can stay long enough to enjoy playing videogames during honeymoon without getting $X&%** by my future wife.

I think it was mistake for them to make Group-intensive MMORPG. You just can't beat the WOW and only way you can survive is being different such as single player friendly or totally different genre. Making game similar to Everquest or WOW and gearing for hardcore instead newbie is big mistake.
There are still a great deal of people who wants to play MMORPG but does not want to group with strangers. They want single player RPG feel on MMORPG, I guess Guild Wars comes close.

Typhoon Lagoon looks great! I am going to put that in the schedule.
One of only memory I have from last Orland vacation was GIANT Turky leg from Disney World. Do they still have GIANT Turky leg?

When me and My friend get XBOX360, being worry about hard drive failure, we bought bunch of 64MB memory card for back up. Now we do not need those any more... (only one system failed out of 4 system and he only sent back unit for repair and not the hard drive)
I have FIVE, either never use or only used for back up, official XBOX 360 64MB Memory Card for either trade or sale. All come with memory card case, but out of sealed box. I want to trade for either games for XBOX360, Wii, PS3 or Blueray Movie or CASH. (I can always use cash)
You can take one each or take all five.
