If the commute was a train ride I could do it. But driving that far every day is a lot.

But the catch is that it won't be every day. I'll find out this week how often it would be.

Ya, moving isn't an option. First and foremost, my son is starting 6th grade next year and we won't change schools. I did travel nursing and it was tough for him constantly moving. Won't move him anymore unless absolutely necessary.

Honestly, more than likely this will be temporary unless the long commute is a rare event. Ideally, I just want to get my foot in Kaiser's door. They have several clinics within 15 minutes of my house I want to eventually get in. That would be worth a pay cut. I just don't know how long that could take. 6 months? 1 year?

100% XP boost this weekend.

My first question will be, "How often can I expect to travel to said, 1.5 hour facility".

The other thing that's important to me is getting away from bedside nursing. I'm burnt out and need to find another avenue. The problem in Denver is the market is saturated with nursing schools and new grads every 6 months.

I'm also ready to have my holidays and weekends. This new job is 8-5, Monday-Friday, no holidays.

I have an interview for a regional float position with Kaiser this week.

Free insurance for the family and about $12 more an hour would have me banking a lot more money a month. I would save $800 a month in insurance alone, not including the bump in salary.

The catch, I could potentially have an 1.5 hour commute, one way. Now, I'm not sure how often I could expect to float to that facility, but man that's a haul each way. Most of the facilities are about 40 minutes, no biggie. But 1.5 each way?

Does anyone do that now or would consider it for a nice pay raise?

T-Mobile via a web only deal (which is a pay as you go plan).

$30 for 100 minutes, 'unlimited' LTE/4G data (5GB before they might slow down to 3G), and unlimited texts.

Only downside is limited coverage (I spend almost all of my time in a major metropolitan city, so no issue there so far), no insurance (seriously, it's not offered), you can't use any of T-Mobile's special deals like unlimited music streaming (doesn't count towards your data), and you have to buy the phone outright up front (but you can use any phone that they offer).

But for $30 a month plus tax...I sure as heck can't complain.

I did this for some time, but service was bad and nonexistent inside buildings. I need decent service for family reasons and literally had no service lots of time.

So, Verizon with employee discount is $180. 6gb shared data and 3 new phones

AT&T with 4 GB shared without employee discount is $170. 10gb shared $203 without employee discount. I'll find out my employee discount tomorrow.

I'm currently using AT&T prepaid service and the 4g LTE is solid.

Here is what I've found out today

My Sprint corporate discount is 22% off monthly plan. I left Sprint 3 years ago after downright horrible reception. However, they've turned on Sprint Spark here in Denver. I'm still not convinced the service is any better because I can't find any information from users. Id consider eating my words and going back if I knew it was reliable as promised.

AT&T, 3gb of data and unlimited text /talk for $173 without my discount. I can't find out my discount until I get to work tomorrow as I can't assess my work email him home. 3gb isn't much, but my wife has never used close to a GB and I'm usually around 1.5gb. My son will use none. So 3gb could work. 6gb is $190.

Verizon chat wasn't working earlier so I haven't talked with them.

However, here's my question. What is with paying monthly for phones or buying outright? When you make payments, do they charge interest? Is this just a way of getting people who don't have $200, a phone? Any pros or cons with those contracts?

I've been using Google's Nexus for nearly 3 years now for my wife and I. We've had the Nexus 4 and 5 unlocked and been using non contract AT&T.

Our monthly service is $60 each phone for unlimited talk and text and 2.5g of data. Both of us rarely use more than 1g because we are on WiFi 90% of the time.  Recently, I handed down my Nexus 4 to our 12 year old son as an emergency phone. He's on TMobile $45 month prepaid, unlimited talk and text and 500mb data.

So, $165 for essentially unlimited talk and text and around 2g, give or take of data, for the three of us. I haven't thought of it until today, that maybe we could be getting a similar or better deal on contract.

I'm pretty sure I can get $200 for each Nexus 5 and maybe close to that for the Nexus 4. So that money could get us all new phones. Especially since the wife is dying to be like all the cool kids and get an iPhone (I kid). I'm sticking with android. Our son probably an iphone as well.

Saying that, I'm reading all the providers offers and I'm confused. I'm sure there is fine print I'm missing and not seeing. Sprint is definitely out. Before going monthly, I dropped Sprint for horrible service. I know nothing of Verizon and all I know about AT&T is service is decent in Denver.

So, for the three of us, any suggestions on providers and plans? Could we do similar to what I pay now? Unlimited talk and text and 2-3g of data? Anyone like to pimp their provider and why I might consider switching?

first off, I mentioned to my wife about you guys talking about people being in an uproar with the new gay couple. both of our thoughts were, "really, people still act ignorant like this?". unbelievable.

as far as the show, I'm not digging the head of the new community. her acting just seems forced and unnatural and I hate it. I do, however, like where this is going. I haven't read the comics, so I have no spoilers.

So I'm level 24 and all I'm finding is the same strikes and bounties.... literally.

The strikes I attempted today were the same 4 or 5 over and over again. Plus, I'm overpowered for those and our group just runs through them with little trouble.

I don't like the mp, so I'm not interested in that. The bounties seem to be repetitive as well.

Am I really stuck with the same content at this point?

OK, in all seriousness, I've got a legitimate question.

I'm level 24 and beat the single player story today. I've finished bounties and a few strikes, and played a few multiplayer matches. However, am I missing something or is this all that's left?

Neither of these things are particularity interesting or worth my playing time if this is it. Only a handful of different enemies to fight, other than the bosses. Just seems rather repetitive, whether bounties or strikes.

Am I missing something else?

Hope this doesn't get lost in this thread.....

I had to switch out my PS4 because the first one had a drive issue.  I copied the files from the old system to the new with a thumb drive.

I know it worked because I put the thumb drive in my PC and I see the files. However, when I put the drive in the new PS4, it tells me no storage found.

Is there a trick I'm missing? I've put the drive in both USB slots on the system, but no go.

Anyone have a guess what is happening?

I haven't played the alpha yet, but I was a little worried about that. I spent one night watching gameplay videos and by the end I was less excited than when I started. It looks neat, but I got tired of Titanfall after a month. I can imagine this would wear out its welcome even more quickly than that.

This is exactly my impressions thus far and the reason I love twitch.

I spent a good 2 hours watching gameplay and thought, Titan Fall anyone......
