Whats a radiotag? Something I should pay attention to, now that I'm in Dust?
Radiotags are terribly acted audio logs which can be found in secluded areas across the Martian landscape. As you collect them, you'll find hidden "Ultor-era bombs" like the MOAB I used to help wipe out that city center. Keep an eye on your minimap and make a beeline for any green blips that may appear.
Im fairly sure that the radiotags are actual photos (and their own voice acting) of the devs.

I played some RFG this morning and have to say that I'm agreeing a bit with you on these points. I assaulted a high priority target several times and no matter how I planned or prepared it alway turned into me versus a universe full of guards. I guess I should have held off trying this target until I have more sophisticated weapons. However, there are a number of features I do like, so I'll keep at it, just give myself some time to figure things out a bit more.
The Eurogamer review actually says the same thing that you guys are about the early going and getting overwhelmed by reinforcements. However, they go on to say that after you get out of the second area and into the third, the game opens up in terms of weaponry available, areas, and structures you get to demolish.
Things also get incredibly easier when morale is past 70+ or more, because when that happens you always get truckloads of guerilla reinforcements that come to your aid as you do your missions.
Also multiplayer was awesome last night with some GT members and Tom Chick and his gang

Picked it up yesterday, my boy (I use my 3 year old son's name in all these games) is 7-2 in his first year on the circuit, he's a straight up striker, kickboxing his way to KOs and TKOs. Once I learned the head kick I started getting first round KOs.
When I get taken down all I do is hold on until the ref stands us back up. I really need to go back to the grappling tutorial.
The game definitely has that "one more match" feeling to it. I've only seen one MMA fight, two chicks fighting to a decision on HBO when I was channel-surfing one night. I couldn't definitely see how this could be addicting.
Someone mentioned all the loading screens were getting annoying. I installed to the hard drive and I find all the loads to be pretty quick.
It's also very pretty. even the blood-spatters are pretty. The cuts are the worst looking part of it, they look like was stick-ons.
In the middleweight class, I created my hall of famer.....THE HUMAN PANCAKE (Boxing and wresting)
So far in ranked games he has 11 straight wins, however against Jarrodhk, not so good.
I've been resisting picking this up since I already have gaming overload.... but... I got a bit more on this last check than I was expecting.... I may trade in Hawx and pick UFC up today or tomorrow.
I blame Kato.
You're a fast learner Jarrodhk (knocked me out, submitted me a lot), nice playing with you and MooseFoe last night. We had some epic battles between us three and hopefully more people from this thread will join in.
Cool Owain, I'll send you an invite for some friendly matches or send me one if I didn't notice you're online. I have a welterweight and lightweight CAF, but I can make a light-heavy one or just use the regular roster.
I've managed to level up my character to lvl 3 judo and lvl 3 muy thai, and its amazing how deep the fighting engine is.
Oh and GSP (george St.-Pierre) is a beast. Has anyone beaten him on any other difficulty than beginner? He kills me with his lightning fast standup, and when I take him to the ground I end up getting a rear-naked choke from him
So I was pretty much steamrolling through light heavyweight on hard.... up until I got to Rampage and his Clinch'O'Doom. Ugh, any tips on avoiding the clinch? He seems to grab me from half way across the ring and brutalizes me. I've tried punching my way out, but his hands >>>> my hands
Guess I'll go beat up on Jardine a little bit and try to get back in the saddle.
Clinch is really hard to get out of especially if your clinch defense is low. If your fighter knows judo, the clinch is no problem and you can end up tossing them on the mat with no problem in the clinch.
I finally can sumbit the cpu (on hard) easily enough, but had to raise my submission offense skill past 70.
Hmmm....we gotta get some GT player matches going on

I topped out at 998 battle points and have settled in around the 700-800 range. I notice wonderpug is over 2000. Maybe I can win a couple of upsets against him and finally break past that 1000 point barrier.
Kato was in the low hundreds (just got the game) and somehow got paired with a 3000 BP person and won. He said he gained 300 points for that one match (and of course the opponent lost 300). They had a ranked rematch shortly after and Kato lost. I'm sure the 3000 2700 point guy felt much better after regaining a whopping 2 BPs for the win.
So what you're saying is that it's not worth your while to play with a lowly n00b like me. Got it.
pretty much a win win situation for a lowbie like me.
I now stand at a little over 1000 BP, however I still get matched up with people in the 2000-3000 BP range.
