Are all Zekesters as easily offensive? only when you mention helmets wait, that's defensive. Nice how you send me a pm warning about trolling, yet your post here isn't? LOL CeeKay, Scuzz, USMC Kato, Daehawk, Soulchilde...thanks for having the right attitude towards my question. The rest of you can suck it. I think i'm leaving here as I did OO, and for the same reason. Go back to your boring-ass talk of books and movies, and revel in your holier-than-thou, uptight, politically correct suckage. I actually feel sorry for some of your wives, as some of you are, I bet, just a barrell of fun at home. LOL

I think during the course of the match your choices dictate which Chaos god you end up supporting, and that unlocks your higher tier units. I swore I read that somewhere. its like a tech tree.
Nope. There's a few god-focused stuff with shrines that you build. And you can get god-focused upgrades. But otherwise the units for Chaos are the same across all commanders. A Chaos Lord (Khorne) can make a Great Unclean One, and upgrade his units with Tzeentch shit.

I have fun heading into a mp match solo in MW2.
I don't think I'll have as much fun without some sort of group going in with me in BC2

My fantasy season depends on the Niners being good (or rather, one player being good). SO THAT'S MY PICK.
edit to add: I realize that probably dooms them to failure. So luckily I'm also a Seahawks fan. WOOOOOOOO playoffs!

Thanks you all. The draft was last night and here is who I got!
Ben Roethlisberger (QB) PIT Drew Brees (QB) NO Leon Washington (RB) NYJ Tim Hightower (RB) ARI Justin Fargas (RB) OAK Beanie Wells (RB) ARI Adrian Peterson (RB) MIN Joshua Cribbs (WR) CLE Marques Colston (WR) NO Wes Welker (WR) NE Jeremy Maclin (WR) PHI Visanthe Shiancoe (TE) MIN Chris Cooley (TE) WAS Jason Elam (K) ATL Washington (DST)
Pretty awesome draft i think! I'm considering picking up another Defense, NO and Tampa are both available, and I'll drop Justin Fargas. Thoughts? Which defense would you pick up between NO and Tampa?
Eco
Not terrible, but your backups look weak. If Brees or AP goes down you're in for a world of hurt. In general, I like to take two defenses and platoon them. But that's just me, and it's not particularly common. I always end up with two decent defenses that can go nuts if given the right matchup.

Okay, here's what I got. And I'll ship all of these Priority for FREE!
Midnight Club LA - $35 Blue Dragon - $9 WoW: Wrath of the Lich King: $30
All these are sealed. I also have a copy of the Lunchpail edition of Fallout 3 (also sealed)... But I'm fairly reluctant to let that one go. Honestly, I'm open to offers but it's gonna have to be a good one.

I didn't do a whole lot of optional missions. And I just beat the campaign on Captain. The FC was about... 14?
You get the dread in that quest line where you have to get the bio-sample of the nids.
Also... the final mission of the campaign- EPIC AWESUM.

And so it begins. Their adjuster is questioning whether their client is liable because of this 'mystery car' that supposedly cut the kid off (the two witnesses said the driver cut this car off). None of this is my problem - the kid hit my car. He is at fault. They want to go after the other guy? Not my problem. I have to wait for somebody to come and assess the damage to my car and then they can determine if I get a rental. This is the kind of shit that makes people get a lawyer and file ridiculous lawsuits. If they didn't yank my chain, I wouldn't make this difficult.
It's the insurance company's contractual duty to protect their insured. If the insured says there was another vehicle out there, they have to at least investigate it. A quick way to get things done, though it'll piss you off, is to go through your own insurance company first, then let your guys go up against their guys to get the money back. You'll have to pay your deductible. But once your insurance company gets paid, you'll get that reimbursed. It sucks balls for sure. There's a neutral witness though, so I can't imagine the investigation will go anywhere. A lawyer would just gum things up even more. If you lawyer up, all communications between you and the insurance company will need to go through the attorney. And let me tell you, they SUCK at calling people back. The idea that lawyering-up suddenly greases the wheels is false. I worked in a claims call center out of college, I've seen this happen a million times. Oh, and in regards to contesting damage, it will go nowhere. No evidence of prior damage. The shop usually can tell. Usually. The other people are just trying to be asses., and gum the claim up. They're basically trying to avoid a rate spike. This is ridiculously clear cut, an adjuster shouldn't even be handling this.

Don't be surprised if the insurance company tries to assign part of the blame to you for having your car and front yard in a place where the kid could hit them.....
Only if KD parked in a really really really stupid spot. And it doesn't sound like he did. This is pretty cut n' dry, moving car hit an unoccupied vehicle. If the insurance company gives you static, I and many other members of the Insurance Stylez Krew can advise on next steps. But I can't imagine this getting complicated unless: A) The insurance company is Allstate, they are unholy sons of bitches to claimants. You're paying those high premiums for a reason. B) You get all anal about where your car is fixed and INSIST on first-market parts, which frankly isn't going to happen. That'll put a time-delay into the whole thing.
