I don't think that word means what you think it means - and if you're just using it to replace the generally regarded to be offensive "retarded", you may as well just stick with retarded - singling out a mental disorder and using it to describe a situation where lack of thought, attention to detail and/or ability to spell is really no higher ground. Whelp, this just knocked Bioshock: Infinite off my GOTY winner after just 4 hours of gameplay.

Well, each numbered game moved the series forward in technology and gameplay. It's kind of like how the Ultima series had the Underworlds and the World of Ultima games, in addition to the numbered series.
