Curse? This is a blessing. I always thought the butcher was yummier than thier wares

The village retired to the square.  Someone had to be lynched

It is now night

I love the Engineer class.  Yesterday, during my marathon gaming I think I had something like 12-13 kills by one of my Sentry guns.  I wish the range would be increased on them but other than that I like them

My router is currently set to a strict NAT setting which is restricting me from joining people's Halo 3 campaign, I've read the instruction manual for my router and went into the network settings and cannot find a way to turn my NAT settings down from strict. The router is a Netgear model WGT624v3, if anyone can help my figure this out I would really appreciate it.

Thinking this is a setting in Xbox.  We had a faq around here that explained how to open the correct ports

Untrue.  In fact there were rarely more than 1 or 3 on the front page at a time. (at the worst)

That isn't quite true either.

Trying to start a Werewolf game in the off-topic forum and I just want to make sure that it is okay.  Some people don't like the game and think it's distracting while other like to play.  I just want to make sure , after the fact, that it is okay to play this game here

OMFG the Priest came out, that wrecked the wolves.  Well it should, as long as they can figure out the voting patterns.  Biw the oinly sheer brilliant thing would be for Trgger to actually be a Werewolf and just hand Austin to everyone.

crap cant comment, still being done... 22 pages of crap and they aint done?

These games can be incredibly complex and ALOT of misdirection is being used.  I think you will be surprised at games end

The current game that Chaosraven is running on OO seems to be a good ruleset fwiw.  Of course if they don't take off here there's always room for new blood there.  I know some poster on OO who pretty much just post in the WW games.  That said I'm not trying to steal away any players from here if you can get a game together.  If you can't find enough participants here anyone is always welcome to play at OO too.

Btw, Austin is excellent player.  Killed me in this game after I nailed him as a WW.  I always suspect him smile icon_lol

Werewolf is a game this played frequently over at OO.  Normally, there is 2-3 werewolves who must eat a victim during the night cycle. There is a seer that scans for the werewolves at night.  During the day cycle the villagers must lynch someone.  The games ends when either the villagers hang all werewolves or the werewolves equal the villagers left alive in town.

Backstory-

GTville is a small Hamlet situated where gaming is king, but something else lurked underneath.  Unknown to the small hamlet two of there members are cursed. Seems when the local tax collector showed up for Bovine Conspiracy he took more than just a few coins.  He left two souls damned.   GTville don't know it yet, but they are in a fight for there lives.

Actual Game Rules

1. There will be two werewolves who must choose one victim during the night cycle.  Will be able to PM each other at anytime during day or night cycles.  Will learn role of victim upon kill
2.  One Seer will be given a true answer to role of players ( ex. Is Austin a Werewolf? ).  Seer is unable to reveal result of scan til day cycle
3. During night cycle discussion can take place, but no actual voting
4. During Day cycle all villagers must vote for one villager to be hanged.  Role of player hanged will be revealed to all
5. Once majority has been reached voting is closed
6. Normal villagers CANNOT PM at anytime except to game mod
7. Roles will be randomly assigned
8. Games end when number of Wolves equals number of villiagers or Villagers kill both wolves
9. Real life happens, so I will not impose a time limit on voting.
10. Everyone will recieve a PM about which role they will have in the village
11.  Please try to keep meta-gaming to a minimal

Halo 3.  If my best friend Big Willie didn't promise to do bodily harm to me if I didn't pick it I would have passed.  Put it on preorder yesterday and got on the 30% deal for trades in the Gamestop was running.  Used Bioshock for the trade in and only had to pay 10 bucks or so to pay it off.  Nice deal
