Tilt you've been touting PS4 laurels a bit hard where I am starting to see a bit of a bias. I am holding off on joining the PS4 bandwagon as I am waiting to see what MS has to offer, but I stand by my original thought. I will go where most of my friends go.
I just want to touch on Live vs. Free PS. Live from what I am understanding is much better offering than anything PS has at the moment from everything I read. Unless I missed something we don't know if Sony will offer some sort of paywall for MP. I agree free this generation was great for PS owners, but with the amount of bandwidth the PS4 will be using I can't see them offering it without some sort of subscription.
I hope they prove me wrong

Despite all their hatred of the US and SK, NK is China's problem. The Chinese keep NK's regime alive to avoid an epic refugee migration and as a buffer, but they aren't happy about it.
This.. China has basically propped up this regime and will be held responsible if NK decides to cross south. Highly likely as this would give Nato carte blanche reason for a regime change which China can't let happen

More information from Kotaku Sounds like subscription based MP on tap with a Nov 13 US release There is no mention of subscription based MP in that article, and I would be very surprised if Sony went that route. Instead the article says that PS Plus will be expanded and called Playstation World. This ties into what I said earlier in this thread, when I speculated that the cloud service would require a PS Plus membership. Leave your pitchforks at the door, people! This is a good example of a poorly formulated article leading to all kinds of misunderstandings. Just quoting this for later today... I would be surprised if they announced such a move today. Today is all about the positives and waiting to see what M$ does with their new console. I would be shocked if they announced any pricing info too

Now that cellphones are embedded into everyday life I've come to the realization that I no longer memorize numbers. Phone numbers I know of the top of my head
My mom My home My Work My Cell My Bestfriend
That's it.
My sister .. nope My brother.. nope
Various friends and extended family nope
Should this be concerning? I've become vary anal about backing up my iPhone 4s every week just in case because of my contacts

I'm a fan of the hybrid.
Btw, speaking of Being Human (US Version) I've sort of lost interest with two of the regulars sort of lost what made them special. I have 3 episodes queued, but the magic seems lost on me this season

Well, I have two minds about gun owners and guns in general. I grew up around guns, but not in my family. Most guns I was around in my youth were illegal gun ownership and with that ownership came the gun violence. I saw my first body at the tender age of 7. Some guy was shot in the head and laid out on the sidewalk in front of a local store. I’ve seen sawed off shotgun in my junior high school. Kid brought it and stuffed it in his locker. Been shot at twice. Seen two friends shot one fatally. The other is partially paralyzed from the waist down. Btw, this is just a sampling of the carnage I’ve seen in my youth
Now, you would think I would be against legal gun ownership, but I’m not. When I joined the Army and was taught how to respect firearms and learned the proper way to care, carry and shoot weapons I became very fond of responsible gun ownership. I’ve considered buying a fire-arm on several occasions, but decided against it ultimately. While I love shooting my earlier experience in life and my disdain and disgust I would feel if a firearm I legally owned was stolen from me and used later in some crime would just be devastating to me personally
I do agree the military grade firearms and extended clips should not be in civilians hands.

I do have to go to a wake today for a casual acquaintance who died unexpectedly in her sleep -- she had no known health problems, just woke up dead for no apparent reason. She was one year to the day older than me. That's a bit disturbing.
Sorry to hear about your friends death, but if she's walking around... I think the human race has other problems Seriously, my condolences

Couple of meetings this week on compliance and vendor issues. We’ve decided system wide to outsource some of our Medicaid and Medicare appeals and add some concurrent review support and it hasn’t been going well. Some of our physicians aren’t happy with the arrangement, so we need to address their concerns.
One the personal front I will be overseeing the roof repairs on my mother’s house. She has a slate roof which drove the price up and I think she has some water damage too. Fun times
That’s it off the top of my head

Booted this up last night and started my career as a hacker as I played a psi-ops the first time around and I forgot about the controls. Getting used to the Q,W,E,X for movement has been my biggest challenge. I'll check to see if I can adjust this in options when I get home this evening
Also, SS2 doesn't like my logic keyboard as the number keys don't seem to register.
Just arrived at the first nanite station and called it a night

Hope this show gets better, trying to like it but I'm getting a bit tired of how incompetent the law enforcement are.
Edit: Nevermind, just thinking about the LAPD made the show better
LOL -Btw, if you like police shows I highly recommend the vastly under-rated Southland

i have a friend out of work who could probably do this. Do they have to be a forum member and will they need constant internet access?
Yep, you'll be editing things on GT, so you'd need constant access. Make him sign up for the forums and contribute! (but no, you don't have to be a member - just somebody I can trust, in this case, by proxy) He's a she, so I'll reach out to her

Don’t know how much longer I can follow this show… Already the serial killer of the week is wearing thin and having multiple season of this, imo, won’t work. Btw if this happens I am done with the show I just see the spoiler happening
