Harrison was Khan. My buddy and I were walking into the theater and I remarked after looking at the poster that we already know the Enterprise is going down in flames.  I remarked the only thing they didn't spoil was Khan being the villain which caught him by surprise

Two part reveal System tomorrow and games during E3. 

Blame the exploiters who managed to destroy the in-game economy in a matter of hours.

I'm planning to play some D3 play some more Inferno with my WD.  I hear there's a Game of Throne mod for Crusader Kings 2, so I might look into that.  Will be seeing Star Trek tonight

Maybe some Neverwinter... It's losing the luster for me at the moment.   Will be spending time with my mother & sister.  Might get in some Crusader Kings 2. In my current game the HRE where my guy is a minor duke is fighting Hungary and France for territory while putting down a massive rebellion in the Italian Peninsula.   

picked up the HTC One in black yesterday and I like the look of the phone, but after being with iOS for so long getting used to the interface and features was a bit overwhelming.  Trying to get things to work was a bit of a headache, but I was able to get things sorted out in good order. 

Anyway, liking what I seen so far

Wondering if I should just pony up the $60. If it came with a bag I might have done it already. Why the $200 and $20 packs come with a bag and the $60 one does not is beyond me.

Well...crap.  I thought I read this morning that the $60 pack did come with a bag. 

yeah, it's an odd exclusion.  of course you can buy 1,2 or all 3 of the packages, so maybe they thought whoever ponied up 60 bucks might be easily convinced to pony up an extra 20.

NOTE: The $20 pack comes with a SINGLE bag for ONE character (not all of them). Also, you can buy the goods inside for about $21 worth of Zen (100 Zen = $1). So if you don't want some of the stuff that it comes with, just buy it directly.

The $200 pack however gives you a bag for all your characters.

My complaints so far are the prices of simple things that should be cheap. Bags are $6 and $10 (each, and per character), bank slots are $6 I believe for each expansion as well (again, per character). Yet Mounts, of which you only need one of (as they're all account unlocks) are anywhere from $5 (slowest speed) to $40 (fastest). And yet again, Companions are single character only, and are like $10 to $30.

It annoys the hell out of me, personally.

This is Perfect World set up from all accounts.  Honestly, I'm not investing any money into this game ... that's a lie I might buy the drow and ranger class when it's released depending on cost

I actually played with the S4 and the One in the AT&T store last week  and I like the way the One felt in my hand, so I think that what I am getting.

Which is difficult for me to admit.  I’m due for a  phone upgrade next week and I’ve already decided to leave iPhone for an Android phone.  I’ve been with iPhone from the 2nd gen and with not much change in the user interface (rumored to be changing in iPhone 6) I just want a new experience.  I’ve narrowed my selection down HTC One and the Galaxy S4.  I’ve being doing my research and the only issue I have with the HTC One is that it is running Jellybean 4.1.2 while the S4 is running the current 4.2.2 and everything I have read is that HTC is extremely slow software upgrades.  I really like the look of the HTC One over the S4, but  with putting the phone in a case this is a wash anyway

So does anyone have the S4 or the HTC One and can offer opinion on them?

Btw, does anyone feel like the after credit scene was a let down?

Moriarty should appear in some form in the next episode.  I am still enjoying this I just wish CBS didn't take some weeks off with the show.

Tilt I think it's your mission, but I talked to the first guy in the room and declined the quest, but I was still trapped in the room with no way to leave.  Was this a design decision?

Tyler the Creator (stage name) production company produced these commercials and is alternative rapper/ mc.  Some of his music is very disturbing along with videos.  Its not racist per see, but the battered woman is very disturbing. Again, knowing the producer of the commercial it doesn't surprise me.  He's the Marilyn Manson of rap and I'm surprised Pepsi used his production company

I had a theory I tested out this morning and it was confirmed.  I queued up an 18 hour crafting right before the maintenance and it was done 3 hours later when servers came back up.

The game does feature a group finder, and it's really easy to use. It only works for dungeons/skirmishes within your level range though. You'll find it in one of the four tabs when you hit L (the same window that pops up when you log in). Your success with this tool depends on your class. If you're playing one of the more popular DPS classes, expect to sit in a queue for a little while. If you're playing a tank or healer, expect to jump into your chosen instance almost immediately. The three times I've tried this as a Guardian Fighter, I was in a group within seconds.

Well, a few observation and maybe some criticism.  I played up to lvl 11 yesterday and I haven't felt a grind yet and I like the active combat and the situational awareness you need to have.  I missed a lvl 8 Skirmish because I couldn't find a group which leads me to my first complaint, no group finder and I don't mean the social panel and searching for groups.   A group finder is a staple in MMO and I know it's still beta, but if this is final release that's no excuse.  My second complaint at these early levels all classes have the same look.  My Tiefling Rogue looks like a Half-ellf rogue when it comes to gear.  Maybe this changes the higher you go up, but it this stage it's a turn off. 

Oh i see you can re-assign keys which is well and good, but the game doesn't like my logitech gaming mice.  While I have the options to reassign to mouse button 3-6 none of the keys will work.


I am having fun, nonetheless.  I just wish I could find some of you guys online.   I'm on as @soulchilde

Pay to win.  $200 to avoid sloppy coding.  Huge queues in an instanced game, inexcusable when these guys are supposed to know how to code MMOs and what to expect at launch.

This...   I tried logging in last night around 9 pm - 9K queue on each shard.  Tried this morning befoire work at 4:30 am 3500 queue.

The Open Beta becomes available to everyone today, 8 hours from the time of writing. I'm looking forward to impressions from the non-Founder crowd.

Just so this is clear, there will be no more character wipes. So even though this is called a beta, it's actually just a soft launch for the game.

Ravens pick up Matt Elam which I'm happy about that,  Also, my cousin was picked up by the Bills at 16.  Did not see that coming.  My family was lighting up the FB when EJ was selected.  I really expected him to go in the second round.


Btw, if people don't believe the league is changing to a passing league need to look all the OL and DE/DT picked in the first round.  Only one QB selected and no RBs.
