One of my fav clean jokes:

I'm a little concerned with what he is pointing at.  I believe he may want us to do something to something that he is pointing at.  Not sure though.

Oh, and CeeKay, that's a dish not a frying pan.  As in "The Dish ran away with the Spoon".  Mr. T. is cerebral like that.

Did you know that there are places where you can actually rent purses?  The really high end stuff like Fendi and... I don't know, whatever is high end.  On the one hand, that seems like a sign of the apocolypse, but OTOH, I guess in the long run renting a purse instead of buying a new one for every outfit could save money.

I've usually just carried a wallet, I hate purses, but so many women's dressy outfits don't come with pockets that I have had to break down and buy some purses.

Yeah good for photoshoots.  Know a few photogs who use em.

I carry around a sack full of ears.

That's not OCD, unless you have to count the ears regularly or have the ears perfectly organized according to age, race, color and attached or unattached earlobes.

Getting back to the question at hand...
Not a jerk for letting management know they are screwing up.
Not a jerk for calling the cops once management didn't listen.  They should have acted.  How were they to know that Papasmurff wasn't a cop or some other law enforcement official?  I may not have called the cops because I might want to go back to that establishment, but I see your reason for doing so.
I'm not going to get into the whole 21-18 drinking age thing because I have my own convictions on the subject.  However, if they are under 18, they are categorized by the law as a minor.

Restrictions imposed on minors are typically justified by an assumption of diminished mental capacity.

That's not my definition, just quoting.

I'm a checker as well. 
1.  If I even feel that I have a flat tire or am getting a flat tire, I'll check it almost every mile or so.
2.  I too have to have my keys in my right pocket and my cell in my left and I check if I have them constantly.  If that is wrong, I can't be right.
3.  I didn't realize it until I read gellar's post, but I also have a thing about stains or holes in my clothing.  It is so distracting, it's almost debilitating.
4.  The only place I'm not a constant checker is my appointment book.  Which is also the one place I should be a checker.
I'm sure I missed some somewhere, but that's all I have for now.

I was wondering what happened.  Glad PR_GMR clued me in to this place.  Now I can post my general distrust of everyone here.
