Hi all, Looks like we have all fallen off the BFBC2 wagon over the past 2 weeks or so. I was talking to Nonnahob last night and we 'planned' to try and get as many people together as possible this evening.
wait a second. Are you saying that when I add points to my account via my credit card that is on file with them that they cost more than they would if I purchased a card thru a bricks and mortar retail outlet?

it was actually 11 vs 2 though we did send you invites a couple of times.
That was effing ridiculous last night for a couple of matches. Talk about rolling thunder batman. You guys just kept coming and coming Bradley (Nonna, Hark) /tank (Nonna,Hark,Pug) /UAV (kato, M4ck3r) / chopper (pug). If memory serves it was something like this in terms of teams:
Harkonis Damage Kato Nonnahob M4ck3r Owain Wonderpug
Now I know what it must feel like to be a soldier on a vastly overpowered force ! Very demoralizing and frustrating to say the least.
Yes you guys did send out invite and they did mean something to Dan and I. But we wanted to not come across like quitters in some weird way hope that makes sense. Like I said last night - Dan and I are like peas and carrots. We spawn together and camp together ( I mean get stuck behind rocks and such) Still was fun but I almost Nonnahob rage quit once maybe twice.
I store my profile on a memory card for swapping between the upstairs and downstairs consoles. You can do the recover option but you will have to do so each and every time - without the chat pad it is a pain....

you don't get assists for a darted person, nor can you home in on one with a rocket. You do get the 30 points for putting the dart on him though. Some people just try to dart then knife for extra points
How in the heck do you know about the details of something like this? You are like a gaming god - Cliff Clavin style. Props to you my friend.

I like the look of the new maps and am very happy to hear about the double XP weekend - this may make me change my mind and move to the 2nd prestige.... just maybe.
Booooo! Hissssss! I am trading my copy in while I can still get decent $$$ for it. The last few times I've played it's just been to see what Calvin is up to. I can just bug him on gmail all day for that.
You're gonna miss out on all the fun with Calvin, Dan and I. I will also be taking you off my friends list.
I have to thank you guys. I really do. After the 1st weekend I was really regretting buying this game I am weak when it comes to the forum effect at times and felt that this time the effect pulled one over on me. I did not like the controls could not get up the stairs at times. Did not understand the whole squad based idea (I was constantly by myself on Rush maps and had to run 10miles in order to get back into the action. The guns in my assault class took much effort to get used to.
But now after much time and practice I am really enjoying the MP elements. Playing with the GT group is %110 the reason. We have fun make fun (of Dan) and play as a squad at the best of times. I do wish that there were map options though all the good roofs on the snow level are now known about. I love love love the AN94 with acog and grip reminds me of the G3 in MW1 and the Gewhr in W@W. I have maxed out the assault class and am afraid of moving onto another class I loathe the default gun load out for the engineer.
Damn it I got stuck last night, need some help in the beggining... hades area
Spoiler for Hiden:
Anyways, I am at the room with the guy behind the tree wanting freed. I got the cart of embers, I push it over to the hellhound who lights it on fire. I cant seem to get enough lift to make it over the edge of the gate to the lever. What am I missing?
Ha! This was my first challenge too.
Spoiler for Hiden:
Have the hellhound light it on fire and leave it right in front of his cage. Then go back to 'burning man' and hop back up ontop and jump on the hanging platform and ride it all the way down. You will see the gate above the hellhound rise. Once you stop moving on the platform run back as quick as you can to the cart of embers and use the thermal updraft to allow you to soar up above and and trigger the lever. That unleashes the hellhound fight him and ride him and kill everything - including the burning man Get the bow and arrow thingy. look for secrets........

The spotting is weirdly inconsistent.
Are you talking about the 'back' button? Because I am using it and there are tons of times when I am locked onto someone and the spotting never actually happens. Anyone else notice this - or is it my controller?
