3D is the biggest gimmick in my opinion.  I love how Nvidia's drivers screwed up The Witcher 2 performance until you removed the 3D driver.  *sigh*

It depends on where you go.  When I went to Japan, I didn't need to jailbreak my phone.  I was able to purchase a sim card at the airport and use it with my locked phone.   Check with the carriers where you go to see if it works.

The rumors get more absurd as there has been no information leaked on the 5th iPhone.  I do hope they announce something cool during the World Wide Developer's Conference.

Finally beat the single-player campaign.  The game was amazing.  Also, I didn't encounter any of the bugs that were mentioned in this thread (luckily) but one thing that pissed me off was the unskippable splash screens at the beginning of the game!

I just switched over from AT&T to Verizon (Picked up an iPhone) and I have been so much happier.  Their service (both customer and cellular) is much better than what I have had to put up with on AT&T.  Poor Tmobile

Vinda-Lou, I think your best bet will be to go to GoG and just pick up a boatload of games from there.  Are you running Windows on there too?

Bump.  New stuff added and the DS taken off of the FS area.

Looking to get $400 for the Nexus S.  It comes with a case, the original box, the phone, and what not.   It is new and rarely used.  I will pay for shipping of the unit to a US location.  I will get a picture up later tonight



Also adding in an EVGA 460 GTX OC with 1 gig of vram.  Looking to get $160 shipped for the video card.

Just noticed that their games run on OSX via Steam.  Guess I will picking up the game on Steam too

This might actually be one of the few Obsidian games that gets patched up to full stability.

I think I need to reinstall them and see if it's different now that I have ATI cards.

From reading various forums it appears the problems are with the latest Fermi based NVIDIA cards (460, 470, etc).  I don't know if Obsidian or NVIDIA needs to patch something in but I hope for a quick resolution.

Is the Collector's edition worth it?

WTF, I couldn't find the Collector's Edition for the PC anywhere...Amazon said it didn't exist and I couldn't find it anywhere else.  Anyone have any recommendations?

character creation is interesting, of course they let you change stuff around to your liking.  I started out in hardcore mode, you can turn it off at any time but there's supposed to be a special reward if you play all the way through with it on.  I also picked the 'Wild Wasteland' trait; it's described here.

Picked up Neuroshima Hex...really fun game based on the analog board game.  Having a blast with it.

Beat the game in about 6-7 hours.  Loved every minute of it.  I can't wait to see what the community will create with the level editor
