It is a great era for PC gaming. Windows 7 is robust. Hardware is ahead of the software curve by far. I am playing current games - Dishonered, Borderlands 2, XCOM on a PC that is dated - Wolfdale 8600 at stock speed, with a current medium tier current video card - ATI 7850 at high settings. I do not foresee the need for an upgrade for awhile.

You would think, but once AT&T sees that it is a smart phone, it is automagically setup with a data plan. No way around it. This is such a rip off. I would only use wifi, and phone companies know that a lot of people would - so less revenue.

I am within 2 miles of ground zero. It occurred while we were watching a movie. We thought something had fallen upstairs. Gave up on it being on the inside and went outside. Many of the neighbors came out trying to figure out what was going on.

I would be except that you cannot have a smart phone without a data plan. This should be viewed as collusion.

I am in Indianapolis and have lived 30 years here. Some on the NW side and I am currently on the SE side. My company just hired a new engineer that went through the apartment hunting thing. Let me know where your job is and I can make recommendations based on commute and what areas to look at.

This is a little late, but you may be able to clean the fan of any gunk buildup and depending on the type of bearings a touch of oil might be worth it. I went through this before and got a replacement fan from the card manufacturer - but, it turns out it was the chipset cooling fan that was making the noise. I replaced the fan only and did not have to remove any heat sinks.

My old boss had prostrate cancer and had the prostrate removed. They took out half the nerves and the doctors correctly predicted that he would need Viagra or Cialis. The Cialis gave him back pains, so he uses Viagra.
I appreciated my boss being open about his cancer experience. All men should get checked. He directly impacted 3 people who finally went to the doctor to get checked and have prostate cancer. One of them waited too long.

I played the demo and bought the game. How do I get the key to register? It still acts like the demo.
Update - there was some bug and the developers fixed it. It must have been Steam specific combined with the free demo weekend.

The proper response would to simply reply "I understand. I apologize for providing convenience for you." Then proceed to wipe your bloody wound on her nice suit.

I figure I would run these by here before going eBay. I have an excellent trading record on OO. I would like to get rid of them in blocks, so all of one type in a go. Open to trade or cash. I am not looking to auction them here, but would be inclined to offer a more favorable deal to this group. Feel free to ask any questions.
The games are:
Odyessy 2: Alien Invaders Plus Out of This World / Helicopter Rescue Keyboard Creations Speedway / Spin-Out / Crypto Logic KCS Krazy Chase Bowling / Basketball KC Munchkin Computer Golf Nimble Numbers Ned Showdown in 2100 AD Type and Tell Baseball Quest for the Rings

My favorite suggestion about how this episode could have ended better in say a crossover sci fi twist - they land on Earth and are greeted by Captain Picard.
I have a better one. The landing site will have the remains of a long since non-functioning robot with a name plate of R. Giskard Reventlov. You get your plot twist, sci-fi crossover, and you get an awesome tie in to the radiated earth. Next episode they find the last of the final 5 on the moon, Daneel Olivaw.

Then, though it's not necessarily important to the discussion, you can tell me why you think the high post-WWII top marginal rate was the determining factor in the post-war economic expansion we enjoyed.
I propose two key things. 1. The GI bill with a massive increase in higher education. 2. Although Rosie the Riveter was put back in her place, the man could not keep her down entirely.
