I played a few Intellivision games for nostalgia, but after 3-4 minutes I was sick of each.  There is no way I'm spending points for these things.  Even worse would be the Atari 2600 games.

I used to eat the Healthy Choice meals but stopped because I was suspicious of the amount of sodium in them. I switched to a more low carb lunch routine. I oven bake a week's worth of chicken breasts and salmon fillets on Sundays and then during the work week, I take one chicken breast, one salmon fillet and a cup of broccoli each day. To compensate for smaller portions at lunch, I eat a snack of some almonds and some kind of fruit during mid-afternoon.

A chicken breast, a salmon fillet and a cup of broccoli is a "smaller portion"?   

Personally I'm a turkey sandwich and 1-2 pieces of fruit kind of guy for lunch.

Yeah, ho hum. 16GB isn't all that useful. I don't really want a stack of thumb drives next to my 360 holding my games.

I'll chip in my two cents on the demo, I didn't like it.  But I've yet to find a console baseball game I can get crazy about.

Traded in Left for Dead 2 for 44.50 using this deal.  My first trade in ever, but I couldn't pass that up.  Grabbed a used Assassin's Creed 2 and still have some credit left over.

some might not.  after awhile it started feeling like a chore to me, and I did end the game with quite a bit of ADAM left over, something like 400+ not used.  it felt like ADAM wasn't as rare in this one as it was in the first BS.

Started to be a chore to me too.  I kept doing it even though I didn't feel I needed the ADAM because I wanted the achievment.

Updated that I have the Shale DLC for it.  And also would take $$$ for it.

I finished up Dragon Age today and don't have any desire to play it again.  It's in great shape! I realized I never used the code for the Shale DLC character, so that's included too.

Hated the article.  I like to think GT represents a little more mature audience than the tone of the writing.  The subject is fine, but the style was something I expect out of a high-school kid.

Played this for several hours today and I love it.  Bioshock is probably my all-time favorite game and this is just as good.  I wouldn't be surprised that when I beat it if I just start over and enjoy it again. 

Multiplayer is fun too, although I am awful.  But hey, someone needs to finish in last place.

Bioshock 2 should arrive from Amazon tomorrow.  I noticed Saturday(to my horror!) that I had 2-day selected instead of release day delivery.  Fortunately I was able to change it.  Boy, I would have been mad on Tuesday when it never showed up.

What about the Foundation Trilogy? Who was the author? Asimov? There was another sequel I believe but it wasn't as good.

Yep, Asimov wrote the Foundation series, there are 7 books total.  He wrote the trilogy in the 40's and 50's and then the last four in the 80's.  The order is screwy- the first five books he wrote are actually books 3-7 in the overall series, and are much closer linked plotwise.  The last two, as prequels are a little different.

All in all a great series though.  In fact, I think I'm going to start reading them again, probably in the order of publication.

I really enjoyed To Kill a Mockingbird.  But I also loved Cather in the Rye, so my opinion might not mean much here.

I created an account at creators.rockband.com so that I could see the songs that are currently available.  There are like 44 listed...is that all that's available to audition too?  I was sort of bummed, I don't know why but I thought there'd be like 500 or so for some reason.

I would love to get some GBS in there, but a lot of the older stuff doesn't necessarily translate over to RB because of odd instrumentation.  As a bass singer, I'd also love to get some Crash Test Dummies in because I can actually sing those in my comfortable range.

We bailed after about 4 episodes.  Great premise(and great book), but the TV series just seemed like it was never going to get any good.

I did a second play through a few months back.  I don't notice anything super new, but I still enjoyed it a ton.  What a great game.  I very rarely buy games on release day anymore, but I've got Bioshock 2 ordered and am really looking forward to it.

The victory condition promotes fighting, so you have to battle to win, instead of sitting back and collecting VPs.

I don't need to bother looking this one up then.    My gaming circle is extremely passive, our "fighting" games are Shogun and Small World, neither of which seem to be quite in teh same category as Runewars.

well for songs, neither RB1 or 2 has many songs i really care about.   at this point, it's just DLC i see that interests me.   i'm primarily into metal music and i see a bit of DLC i would buy and i was wanting to do that the cheapest route.   so i'm guessing RB 1 would be that route.

It seems like I've seen RB2 for under $20 recently...well worth it.

They can stop selling Wii Fit because the content, IIRC, is in Wii Fit Plus.

This has me concerned. I got a Wii for Christmas based on the fact that I could get Wii Fit for it. In fact, my sister's original idea was to get me Wii Fit while my brother got me the Wii, but Wii Fit was sold out everywhere, even Wii Fit Plus. Still to this day, I look up Wii Fit Plus online and everywhere is sold out. So, I hope they're not stopping production of Wii Fit as a whole.

That's so weird.  I had no problem getting one from Amazon right before Christmas and recall seeing tons of them at Walmart, Target, etc.  Maybe a regional shortage?
