Lol I'm not sure if this means you've done a lot or nothing at all. Anyway a tip for the citadel is look at your map. It tells you where a certain person is. I figured this out a little later trying to remember who I have to bring Prothean Obelisks to, or which Dr needs Turian spear tip medicine.  

Finished it today, put in about 30 hours. Don't know what to say about the ending, ugh.

Figured out the balancing sections.  I was holding it in my lap as I played, so putting it up in front of me made a big difference.  Just got to the first major scene change (Chap 4, I think).  Still not completely enamored with the gameplay, but the production values are off the chart.

Thats the only thing annoying about the game (for me at least). Before Drake crosses a log I know what's coming. Like you, I put the vita in front of me and seem to get past the logs that way.

Yeah, I know  its only noticeable when I play in the dark if the screen is black. Thankfully the screen is really only black in like title sequences

Was on the fence about this, but then I remembered I had a bunch of rewards points from Amex. I applied them to the 3G bundle and only wound up paying about $70  Now I won't feel as bad when I use it for 3 weeks, then throw in in my drawer to never see daylight, like my 3DS lol.

went to see the dr this morning and had another urine test and this time they did an x-ray on my abdomen.  Xray-s didn't show any stones so that's good.  Urine test showed I had blood in it and higher level of protein.  I asked if that could be something related to my prostate.  He said it could be.  I asked if it's an infection and he said more than likely it is.  So he gave me some antibiotics to help fight that, and it helps with the urge to piss to go away, so far so good!  

If I still have any issues I guess we move on to the prostate.

Having some issues at home which is making me very stressed out so I'm that's not helping either

Just a heads up, my doc said that X-rays are sort of pointless for detecting smaller stones. I went to the hospital and they X-rayed; showed no stones. After a CAT scan they saw a few tiny stones.

well I'll guess I'll find out for sure at some point if this keeps going.  The antibiotics is working quite well, no longer have the urge to take a piss.  I took a ibprofen tonight and probably didn't need to, but I need my sleep.  The last two nights have sucked, and I have a huge project this week and I need to be alert.

Well hopefully it's not stones and just a minor infection. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, get better!

The first time I had kidney stones went exactly the same way you just described your symptoms. Went "away", the came back in full force later. I think that feeling to piss is a urine tract infection. Which I also had due to the stones. I don't know though, I'm not a doc, just been there before
