Played a bunch of MWO and BF3 (360). Can't wait to get some Armored Kill action in tomorrow.
I can't wait. Looking forward to some tank busting.

Assassin's Creed - Decided to skip most of the flag hunting for now. May go back and get the achievements for it at some point.

Kagath, I swear to god, if you burn yourself out on something as fruitless as hunting down 300+ randomly placed flags, I'm going to dedicate my life to becoming your boss just so I can sexually harass you at work, inform you in writing that enduring my crude antics is a condition of your employment, and then spend my days defending myself on internet gaming forums when you decide to get litigious.

Let's see how much flag hunting you get done then! Truthiness!

I borrowed the latest 2 movies from my sister but haven't watched them yet(ever actually). Are they planning a return to the tongue in cheek styling or is it going to keep being the action movie stuff these have been? I can't seem to get up the energy to watch these.

Still have that in my backlog. Probably should get around to it at some point.

In Greenwood?

Hah, I lived behind the Southport po-po station on Derbyshire/Tulip Drive back in '97-98. My bro used to live there on Fry Rd near the fire station. I used to go to the card shop there in the plaza and get MtG cards occasionally.

I'm glad Ars let you change your post. They can be kinda sticklers about directing traffic sometimes.

Aside from the occasional chucklehead, as with most places, it's a decent community overall.

BF3 360  - awaiting the Armored Kill expansion. Will be getting some time in this weekend with the Double XP event.
Wolverine Origins 360 - played through this and got everything except the 'complete on hard' achievement which I am working on now. Surprisingly fun and underrated for a licensed game. Enjoyed my time going through it.
Finished Wolverine on Hard for 1000gs. Got to Colonel 50 in BF3.

I watched the trailer for this earlier. It's basically for the kiddies. I laughed a couple of times, but I don't think adults who loved the original trilogy are the target audience for this. Think of this in the same line as 'Muppet Babbies' or 'Flinstone Kids'. Lucas wants to make money out of his franchise, so be it.

I don't get kiddie for this at all.  Seems to be targeting the same crowd as the Adult Swim set.
Not nearly as funny.

May go back and get some missing achievements in Halo CE:A like for the skulls and terminals. Gotta get around to doing some of the ODST firefight ones sometime to finish that.

Needed popcorn and mindless action to cheer me up after work yesterday so I caught a late matinee.  While I enjoyed it, that may be more due to the fact that I can watch Dolph Lundgren all day long.  That man amuses me to no end for some reason.

I wasn't impressed with Norris' appearance.  And Schwarzenegger looks more like my dear, departed Grandmother than he does the Arnie from his heydays.  His lips especially look odd...
Well Norris is like 72 or something. I wouldn't expect him to do too much.

I haven't seen it but am looking forward to it at some point.

BF3 360 - looking forward to Armored Kill in September. Close Quarters is a lot better than I ever expected it to turn out but I'm looking for more big action maps.
Wolverine Origins  360 - started this a last night. Seems a fun distraction and plays decent enough. Probably get through it and move on to something else.
May re-start Darksiders at some point after Wolverine. All the while I'm still plodding on the 'find a new job' game. Too much grinding to be fun.

Darksiders is a highly polished Zelda clone with a cool comic book aesthetic, amazing sound design, clever puzzles, weighty and responsive combat, and a surprisingly engaging story.  I highly recommend it! thumbsup

-Autistic Angel
Yeah, I started it in the past and got a little ways into it but it's been a while now. Definitely have to restart it this time if I go with that one. Although, that Wolverine thing has me piqued. icon_smile

BF3 360 - still playing this although lately been having some problems with lag or hitreg or just plain bad aim.
Too Human - almost through with this finally. Getting a couple more achievements and done.
??? - Thinking either AC1, Metro2033, Darksiders, Wolverine:Origins, or something I can knock out of the backlog semi quickly.

BF3 360
Too Human - still playing this even though I figured I would have quit by now. It's grown on me like a rash I guess. Still has lots of flaws but I've been experimenting with the different classes and it's been interesting with a good melee character. The ranged Commando was easier to play if kinda boring.

RDR was hard for me to get into. I started it right after ME2 so it was kinda slow for me. I finally went back to finish it a month or so ago and it was worth it. Not sure I will ever do a replay but who knows.
