But given the atrocities committed by her family, and the history of our countries and that our nation should be anti-royalty, I would prefer my leaders and/or their wives to treat this so-called royalty just like any other citizen.

What atrocities would you attribute to her family in particular?

Full film leaked

Quote
When a high-quality, full-length work print of X-Men Origins: Wolverine surfaced on Internet bittorrent sites last night, early speculation was that this was a doomsday scenario for Fox and the filmmakers behind the tentpole, which is not due to be released until May 1. The response today from competing producers and studio execs, however, has been more measured.

I had to troubleshoot a Microsoft mouse I got for my mother one time because the CD installed the management software, but not, y'know, the driver.  It happens.

I dropped the option last night.  And noticed that my e-mail mentioned the end of April, while my acct change is effective in the middle of the month.

Skeet Ulrich is a failed clone of Johnny Depp, best known (to me) for his roles in Scream and Jericho.

But but but they've added Facebook Connect where you can share your movie ratings!  Surely the BR fee is more than reasonable to support the spread of such cutting-edge technology!

I'm seriously considering dropping the BR option until later in the game, maybe having a BR month where I pay the extra three bucks and just go hog-wild on watching nothing but BR titles for the month.  Given that I have 80% of my titles on DVD only and am sporadic at best at getting through my queue, I might as well save the money.

My days where country was my primary genre of choise are long past, but I might pick up a few of them, or the whole pack if the reviews are good and the songs are catchy.

Info on Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust
Quote
Box Office Bust promises open-world sand-box gameplay including exploration, platforming, racing and puzzle-solving. As with other games in the series, it will feature humor, beautiful women and mature themes, although, unlike Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude, this game will contain no nudity.

Then what's the freaking point?

For extra cords, it was recommended that I shop at MeritLine.  I have not as of yet purchased anything there yet, so I can not speak from experience.  The site was mentioned last week at PC World in reference to HDMI cables (along with perennial forum favorite MonoPrice).

I have the Carcassone demo, but have yet to try it.  I have seen and heard good things about it from the tabletop version, as I have a strong tabletop history, but I just haven't gotten around to firing it up.

The only time I ever asked about it, I was told that internet pricing was exempt from their policy. Price comparison is pretty difficult if you exclude the internet. So I walked out, and bought whatever it was online.

That wouldn't meet their "local' qualification.

Here's the store policy from the website.

Quote
Store Price Guarantee

Two more great reasons to buy with confidence at Best Buy.
If you are about to make a purchase and discover a lower advertised price offered by a local retail competitor on the same available brand and model, let us know and we'll match that price on the spot.

Already bought? We'll refund you the price difference from our own sale price, or 110% of the difference from our competitor's sale price, during the return and exchange period on your product.

Either way, simply bring in proof of price while that lower price is in effect.

Best Buy Puerto Rico Stores have their own store price guarantee. Also see our BestBuy.com Price Matching/Price Guarantee policy.

Exclusions:
The Price Guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors' free offers, limited-quantity items, items for sale November 28th & 29th, 2008, open-box items, clearance items, Outlet Center items, mail-in offers, financing, bundle offers or pricing errors.

What is considered a local retail competitor?
A retail store located in the same market area as your local Best Buy store.

Addressing the quoted memo, different model is covered, which most rational people would expect.  Out of stock would *appear* to be addressed by "available."  Free widget would fall under bundle offers.  I guess a warehouse store would be an "Outlet Center?"  Limited quanitit is covered.  Competitor across town would depend on the definition of market area, not something likely to be an argument where proof could be produced, although my argument would be if there were only one Best Buy in town, then the entire town is their market area.  The below cost item does not seem to be covered directly.

Then again, I'm sure any customer-oriented retailer wouldn't look really good if internal documents about customer relations got out, they'd all look pretty bad.  I can certainly call some from memory from my time in the call center business that wouldn't look good when broadcast on the nightly news.

I hereby downgrade my outrage.

Bear in mind I've had my 360 for just about a year.  I'm late to the party in a lot of ways.

According to the almight wiki, Uno came out in May of 2006, a year and a half before I found my way out of a number of bad situations and into a better financial position.
