Bills will officially throw away the season if they lose to the pats this weekend.
And the Oscar for best over-dramatic performance goes to... You have no ability to comment as you're not a Bills fan and don't know how these things work. Absent a team from Buffalo, use logic: They'll have dropped 3 straight division games. Unless they win the division outright, they lose all 3 tiebreakers = No playoffs. Read many of my posts? Been a Buffalo fan for almost as long as you have, so if you're going to get pissy about it, do it at someone else. Oh yeah!? Seriously? Sometimes, I think you are difficult for the sake of either a) being difficult because that's just your personality, b) you have a complex against being proven wrong, or c) you like playing a tool on the internet. The search function is your friend. Use it, and stop being condescending for no good reason. Thanks, pr0ner. And then there's always my backstory

Tech should leapfrog on strength of wins today. It took OT for Bama to beat a recently ranked team. We dismantled a Top 10 team. Tech ... never ... punted.
If it comes down to it, Alabama is currently giving up 186 yards per game passing. Tech could easily double that. They're a lot better against the run, but then, heh, Tech doesn't do that much.
I don't believe in this style point bullshit. Please reference 1992 to see how much it matters. Alabama will still be #1 tomorrow. Two of the three BCS elements are human polls. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

Hey, we were 15. I imagine we are out of the Top 25 now, though. Sorry, I got the rankings confused with Tulsa.

...and thus D.B. Sweeney began his curse... Sci-fi shows cancelled in Fox’s Friday Death Slot:
The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. (1993) MANTIS (1994) Strange Luck (1995) VR.5 (1995) Sliders (1996) - real big failure, lasted 5 seasons, three of them on Fox. Millennium (1996) - lasted 3 seasons. The Visitor (1997) Harsh Realm (1999) Freakylinks (2000) Dark Angel (2000) - 2 seasons The Lone Gunmen (2001) John Doe (2003) Firefly (2003) And some of those shows deserved to die. Notes are mine.

Off the top of my head, it's probably an availability of funds issue. They won't release it until they have actually received it themselves. This process can take 7-10 days domestically and they can banks can put different levels of holds on them. Heck, my bank put a 7-day hold on the check from my insurance company for the settlement on my car.

He's due to make an appearance this evening. Can't get here from work and he has received a politely couched reminder from me that he has replied to.

Another question: Did they keep it as Disney as the last one where no one dies from the Hulk's actions, only their own stupidity?
No more "Disney" than Iron Man, as neither film really shows obvious deaths, but the destruction and carnage resulting from both film battles is not in short supply. Yeah there's no blood splattered on the screen, but I felt there were quite a few implied deaths from smashing. Well at least that's better than Ang Lee, where they made it a "Beat you over the head with it" point that flinging a tank over a mile into the side of a mountain would result merely in a little ringing in the ears for the crew. There's suspension of disbelief ... and then there's Ang Lee. Which is now my new sig line.

I also loved the use of the original series musical score as well as cameos by both Lou Ferrigno and Bill Bixby.
Stupid question (see Sky Captain and the world of Blue Screen): How did Bixby have a cameo if he died 15 years ago?

I love me some RB. I have the initial instruments that I picked up in March with my 360. I had RB2 and the red guitar that came with it. I like the buttons a lot better for my RB guitar than the weird, rounded buttons than the GH guitar has.
YMMV, so I would recommend that you take to the stores or friends' homes to try it out and see which you are most comfortable with.

He's such a pendulum. I respect him greatly for his military service and his time as a POW. I think he's all over the place. I've mentioned (somewhere) my dislike for him over his actions on a national stage to outlaw gambling on college sports (which is only legal in one state, which happens to be right next door). If he had come out taking the moral high ground and presented himself like he did last night on a more consistent basis, I think he could have had a shot. Doubtful that I would have voted for him in any case.

Ever since they built the Save Mart Center (15,000+) here in town we get some really big bands when they tour. I just can't bring myself to spend the kind of money they want for bands that have played there best 15-20 years ago.
I'm sorry, with a name like that I see Beck in a shopping center parking lot doing Two Turntables and a Microphone.

R&P just played host to The God Who Wasn't There. Doesn't bother me much, but I figure I would bring it to attention. Don't know what your criteria is, but I'm sure someone's not going to like it.
