Same. It's witty too. Enjoyed this entirely.

Wow.  Big statement.  Haven't pulled the trigger yet, still hooked on TLOU.

On my radar though...

It's generous to consider regular hot dogs "real meat."

TLOU left behind and tearaway. Grabbed tearaway and never finished it even though I loved it. Been really enjoying it recently!

Spoiler for Hiden:
The room is definitely not available until you activate the generator.  I think it opens after you start it, if not until the infected attack.  This is definitely an area where you just need to use the shotgun and bombs to clear the area.  The bloater is slow and will go up and down platforms.  If you just shotgun the regular infected, you can easily take down the bloater from distance.

Actually:
Spoiler for Hiden:
The room is very much available before you turn on the generator, you just have to search carefully as it's a bit out of the way.

I know this because:
Spoiler for Hiden:
Grabbing the keycard also triggers the stalkers in the area to start attacking you, instead of avoiding you like they do before you grab the keycard or turn on the generators.

It's an area that can play out a variety of ways.

And every single way I tried, it was a bitch. I mean this in the most complimenting way.

IMHO some 'gamers' feel that DEV houses and their publishers owe us something based on all the cumulative dollars spent. And when we feel slighted - either from over saturation (as documented above), delayed game releases or what have you; we turn our anger to the only entity we feel that we could / should blame.

Irony is that it is the same gaming public that buys the very product over saturation and delayed games that cause all the 'hurt feelings' and perverted sense of entitlement.
Those companies have people running them that know how to make millions and they do it very well. If we as gamers were that smart as we think we are we wouldn't be gaming as much and instead help in running one of those companies....

Its a ridiculous merry-go-round. There are bigger fish to fry in my day to day life.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree 100%.

I am one. I never used to be. When I was younger, anything that was wrong I knew would just go away. I could be puking all night long and knew I just ate something bad. Nothing was serious, I was young and invincible.

Then something happened last year. First an optometrist told me I am a high risk for glaucoma, which freaked me out despite it being something that can be managed. Next I kept waking up with both arms asleep (pins and needles). I did some internet searches and found this to be a symptom of diabetes. If you have never looked up the symptoms, almost everything is a symptom of the disease. I became convinced I had it. I don't meet most of the criteria, but I was a heavy drinker and I was sure that my years of drinking had caused it (Turtle's post scared the hell out of me). Still I wasn't going to the doctors for it. Until I went to the dentist and they found spots in my mouth. They weren't sure what they could be, probably nothing, but it could be cancer (a type that is common for heavy drinkers), or diabetes (as I said, everything is a sign of diabetes). I rushed to my doctor for blood test. Nothing.

It got worse. I kicked a space heater early last year and really messed up my toe. Six months later I go to the doctor for it because it's still hurting. They take X-Rays. Nothing wrong.

The last month my eye hurt to move it. Any movement hurt and gave me headaches. This of course is a sign of diabetes which often results in temporary blindness. Freaked me out. Doctor and optimist can't find anything (but again, I am a high risk for glaucoma they tell me). Schedule a MRI. Nothing, I am perfectly healthy.

Last week, my gums are bleeding like crazy. I have a bad history of periodontal disease (a sign of diabetes) where I had to have a bone graft four years ago for. I don't usually look at my gums, but that night I did. I became convinced my gums were receding, the periodontal disease was back and I was going to lose teeth. I called every dentist in the area until I could find one that would see me that day. Nothing wrong, my teeth/gums are in great shape.

This is what it feels like to start going crazy at age 44.

You are not alone, trust me.

I've never understood the need to monitor your caloric intake to this degree or to know exactly how many steps you've taken in a day.  Does this information somehow make you lose weight?  Don't most people who are trying to keep fit have a general idea of whether or not they've consumed too many calories or not exercised enough?
However back to the Vessyl.  This seems like a pretty big waste to me.  Most of this information is already on my fitbit page (not to mention the side of the damn can).  They have a huge database of food you can look up already and it auto inputs everything for you.  I drink a can of soda, I just add it on the page and all the nutrition info is already there.  It is definitely NOT worth $200 to me to have a cup save me that 5 minutes of time.

It's $100 now smile

I don't like you Tilt. Just being honest. But I respect your beliefs.
Who you are in real life no one knows.
But here, here you're an arrogant know it all, who jumps on anyone with a stron belief. Who critizes spelling over the topic.
Who attacks the person, instead of the topic at hand.
You're just someone who's developed an online persona that has become who we know at "tilt" today.

Wow Arclight, if you actually want me to read your post, try not to start it with insults and personal attacks. Even better, don't confuse me with someone else, because apart from the part about arrogance, which I can certainly see how you'd get the impression of me being, none of the things you mention are things I do. Feel free to dig up posts that prove otherwise. I very specifically don't engage in ad hominems, which is what you're saying I do. I don't criticize spelling over the topic. I address the topic. I don't attack people (unless they've attacked me first, and even then I try to restrain myself from answering in the same vein. Notice how this post isn't an ad hominem, for example). I attack their arguments. I don't jump on anyone with a strong belief. I challenge those who confuse beliefs with facts, or who use facts they don't understand to explain beliefs they have (this latter part is what I did with you in my last post, for the record).

But let's make it simple: Personal attacks are against the rules for this forum. If you find me committing those, use the report button. In the same vein, I'm using the report button on your post, because it's a personal attack.

Have a nice day.

I spoke too soon. tear

Wait, are you saying that Arclight's post was okay, but mine isn't?

Sorry but, it's resurrected...
