Life likes to do that at times. It sucks. I'm so sorry for your loss. Putting animals down has, unfortunately, gotten too common in our home. Gotta remember the good times. nod

I recently tried a ecig just to see. I think that might be a decent crutch for a bit . Buying this house and looking for a job while busting my ass at my current job isn't making thinks less stressful.

I heart your enthusiasm! Now only if you ditched that pos xbone and got a real console ninja, you know the ps4, Id be happier. I'm just teasing about the xbone. Tongue

I've posted about this demon here before. If I searched I bet I posted the same thing 10 YEARS ago. Hey, I try . So I made it through day one without killing someone and then preceding to shit down their throat. Yeah, that's how bad it is... All crazy joking aside , it's been tolerable this time. I just want it to stick! Any advice besides not killing and pooping down peeps throats? icon_lol

I'll be going through Diablo for the ??th time, with the Crusader.  If not on console, I'll load up Elite and progress some more until I can upgrade to a nicer ship.

Got all of my time spent gaming with D3 and getting my crusader up to level 40.  Didn't get near enough time in as I hoped or expected to though.

You are pulling ahead of me! Damn pvz !
50  Gaming / Console / PC Gaming / Re: What are you buying this week? (09/01) on: September 02, 2014, 02:06:46 AM
Free ps+ games. That's it. Closing on a house then super quick moving so that will have me tied up really soon. Diablo3 , destiny, pvz gw, TLOU, and others will keep me plenty busy.
51  Gaming / Console / PC Gaming / Re: The Weekend Playlist -- 8/29/14 -- Labor Day Weekend Edition! on: September 02, 2014, 02:00:04 AM
Played a lil d3 and a lil TLOU mp , but I got super hooked on plants vs zombies garden warfare on ps4. Fantastic game that I can't put down!

Where did you get a 2TB drive for $90? That's dirt cheap!

Just off Amazon, it's not a SSD or anything.  Also just 5400 RPM, though that is what comes default in the PS4, suppose I could have went for 7200.

This one, which you have to remove from the enclosure.  If you note the Amazon reviews some talk about using it for their PS4.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ILALU9G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'll let you know how it goes once I get it.

From what I've read, go with 5400. 7200 produces too much heat for that little box.

Same here. If the wife's not super tired she really likes this. Waiting for it ...

I don't really play much multiplayer, but Diablo 3 is perfect since you still get to experience the Nemesis and gift stuff.

Cool. Yeah it's Harpua33 just like that. I'll be on a lot in the next week or two ... Then I move! We bought the house! Between September 15 and the end of the month I'll be quite busy. But after that I'll "save money" by playing lots of games come fall!

It's incredibly good, one of the best multiplayer modes that really flows out from the single player experience.

That said, there are some people that are way too good at the game, but it's still a fun mode to try if you have a good team.

Yeah, I really dig the mp. Might play later plus d3. Late night peeps...Harpua33.

Damn, six years is short, especially for smaller breeds. Sorry for your loss.

When my German Shepherd died at my house it really hit me hard. I couldn't own a dog for several years after that, since he died in my arms. I can still recall his eyes looking up at me in his last moments like it was yesterday. Every time I think of it, I need to go and play with my two Great Pyrenees.

Planning on getting another dog?

It takes time for some. We waited years. Then we got a Shepard husky from people literally a block away. There were beers and persuasion that let to that. I don't regret getting another dog, then another , but it comes with this.

78  Non-Gaming / Off-Topic / Re: One of my dogs died suddenly today. on: August 24, 2014, 04:52:44 AM
I'm so sorry man. Animals are so awesome until this heartbreaking event happens. I told my wife after these two we can have one. But no more at a time. It's just too heartbreaking and on top of that expensive. We had a Shepard collie that had liver disease, cancer , neurological stroke, and just kept bouncing back but in the end only lived to 6 as well. I have numerous pet inspired tattoos because of this. They are a ton of fun, and so loving it crazy at times. That what you have to remember. Cosmo, the said dog from above , while very sick would still come check on me if I the flu and was stuck in bed as if he didn't care about himself and only cared about my situation. That's what to really remember. Sorry about the ramble, and I'm very sorry for your lose.

And what a really cute dog man. nod
