A couple questions on familiars:
1. Is the "charm" option only available when you start the battle directly controlling Esther? Granted, I have a small sample size, but the only time I've seen it come up so far is when I start a battle as Esther. Not sure if that's the case all the time.
2. Should I be power-leveling a small core group of familiars (i.e. 5-6) and leaving the rest, or should I be leveling them all equally. I've got a whole bunch of level 1 familiars, and I'm not sure how much grinding should be done to keep them all up to speed. Just don't want to end up having a particular familiar that's needed for a tough battle drastically underlevelled.
3. How much are you equipping your familiars? Is the best bet to simply swap equipment in and out when you activate new ones?
I tend to get a bit "paralysis by analysis" when faced with collect-em-all systems...just trying to wrap my head around this one from the get-go.
I had some questions too. Those are them;).

I know how you feel. I don't have a pre-order on Company of Heroes 2 anyplace because the bankruptcy turns an instant buy into a hopeful wait-and-see. -Autistic Angel Ouch sorry to hear that if it wasn't some joke I didn't get. No ni kuni 4 me!!! Maybe some blops2 as well. No ni kuni is starting right now!

This is Game of the Year. Seriously, if I take the last few games of the year, minus Minecraft, this would win against all of them.
Game. Of. The. Year.
Agreed. This game isn't my usual style at all. That being said, it's been all I've been playing and thinking of playing mostly. Perfect? Probably not. Entertaining as all hell, most def!

Admittedly P4 is only half-best. The social gameplay is excellent, but the dungeon crawling with lots of grinding is JRPG and generic RPG at its worst.
Sorry, but your opinion is wrond. I'm about to prove that some more right now. Yes, your opinion will be overturned!;)

This game is giving me a hard on. Yes, I said it. I haven't played it yet. I might download it of of psn tomorrow. You know, hide it from the wife...but everything I've read and watched about it looks awesome. This is coming from a gamer who usually prefers the j out of my rpg.

Rimjobs are the answer. Free rimjobs. Honestly, good work guys. I don't post elsewhere in this frequency. I'm happy you give me a place/ put up with me... So, it's not all doom and gloom. Well, from this side anyways. Back in topic, autocorrect sucks! Try and make sense if that! My unskilled forum posting behavior.

I finally got around to trying out Gravity Rush last night and found it far more fun than I was expecting. The gravity-twisting mechanic certainly takes some getting used to, but it's a hell of a lot of fun once you do. I really dig the graphic style, and the story and characters are interesting.
Sounds like it might not have legs though, as I can see the combat getting tedious and/or frustrating pretty quickly. Anyone know how long it is?
10 to 20 hrs. Maybe, or so. Your mileage might vary.

It was 199 around Black Friday!!!! You missed the boat so to speak I believe. There will be a price drop at some point I'm sure though. Just not for awhile..
i know, i almost bit, but i had no idea about 999 and i already beat persona 4 years ago. so it wasn't a high priority. i was also saving money for the steam sale, that i spent a whole 10 bucks on. what a let down. well my ideas were sorta right on 999, at least on zero, just not the reason why. Gotcha. There will be a price cut this year and before that maybe even a bundle. It IMHO is so worth it. I'm still loving the system.

anyone else notice harpau seems obsessed with toilets? and that his autocorrect sucks? You are very observant!;) Well, I like pooping. I love pooping and reading!!! Autocorrect does indeed suck. I can't remember what I was typing recently, but it changed it to "my homies". Wtf!?! I do not believe I've ever used those words.

Hey, I keep meaning to mention that you should try Frobisher Says if you haven't yet. Best Warioware clone I've seen. Very amusing, too.
I tried it out on the recommendation of the Giant Bomb guys as well, and I guess that type of game is just not my thing. By the time I figured out wtf they wanted from me the time was generally about up, which made for more frustration than fun. Yeah, I know what you mean, but once you do get the game requirements down, it becomes hectic and fun. I was wondering about this game. It is free and all...

Even more amazing is reading comments at news sites like CNN. You would think people who were interested in current events might have a step up on places like GameFAQs or somewhere like they. In many ways it is even worse because people post some insane shit when you know they should know better.
CNN here I come!

I never once thought this would become a trend for myself. Here it is, I read comments on ign articles. There I said it. I never registered to post, I only read comments.
They are so "fanboy" drivin, so uneducated, so random. It has, seemingly, taking over my reading on my phone. Maybe one calls it toilet humor. I do, because the only place I read it is in the tiolet. That being said. A said article can be about, for instance, a CPU. After only a page or so of comments this will turn into a argument about the fall of the berlin wall! It literally changes in seconds.
Anyone else have a fetish involving watching the next "car wreck" like this?
Btw, this was posted via my iPhone via the tiolet.

You just reminded me that this thing exists, so I will need to grab it. My Vita was out for repairs and came back, but I was out of town. My neighbor has it right now (got it off my porch for me), so I need to go next door today now that I am home and get it.
What happened ie, broke with your vita? It wouldn't charge anymore. I tried a couple different cables to see if I could get it to charge and it just ran out of battery one day and would never charge back up. It's sitting at my neighbor's house, still, so I don't actually know if they fixed it yet. I should go over there and get it, but I know if I go then I'll be obliged to spend some time chatting and I don't really want to. My wife brought some goodies back for the neighbors and I keep hoping she will go over there and give the gifts to them and get my Vita, but she keeps not going over there. You need to MAKE her! Yea, tell her I said so! I'm running away in fear of my wife reading that statement!

So I recently got a new tv, a receiver, speakers, albeit only 2 for now and this new tv stand. This has been a chore to set up. It's like building a damn computer with funneling all these damn cords into place. It's taking way too long and my wife is sick of it already. I can only imagine when we move and add a center channel, a sub and two rear channels...this is only the beginning.
It didn't help that we got a new bed and bedroom furniture at the same time. Also, I have a bad cold and new carpet was installed and the place was painted. To say the least this has been a test in our patience and our marriage;). This is really a statement no questions being asked. Just looking for a bit of undeserved compassion:).
