I would suggest the Plants Vs Zombies table. I have a blast on that table and it feels a lot less random to me than others. I pretty much never have a side lane drain on it which goes a long way towards instilling confidence imo.

Most games will have an effect that you're probably experiencing here. Once you find out what you're supposed to be doing, you'll do worse for a bit until you get better. Fighting games are especially bad like this. Once you understand the combos you should be doing, you'll probably lose to someone just wailing away until you get them down.

anyone interested in going in on the founder's pack that gives guest keys? looks like the $50 level gives 3 guest keys so something like $12.50 or so each. Sadly only one person would get the ingame gear though.

cause it's awesome, that's why! I prefer ninja fishing's art and production level though.
I find it interesting because on the way down your mind gets used to avoiding stuff, then has to quickly switch to not avoiding stuff.

I really wish more of you were still playing this. It's the best COD so far and is actually quite well balanced. I'm just getting tired of doing really well and being on the losing team, especially since league play only cares about wins. This is how my morning went

Is Dungeon Plunder a turn-based "I move, enemies move" roguelike? Hard to tell from the screenshots and description. Not at all. You wander an overworld with static enemies. Engaging one of them starts a battle system with revolves (no pun intended) around a slot machine mechanic, similar to King Cashing. There's nothing really rogue-like about it.It feels very much like a rogue-like to me, just with combat being slot machine driven.

Beat it, had fun. It was odd though, I hate single player games, platformers, exploration and collectables, and puzzle games like this. I still enjoyed the entire experience.
I also enjoy multiplayer, but like any team based multiplayer I'd much rather play with friends on my team.

Most games that aren't COD get bad MP reviews. Transformers, Max Payne, and Crysis 2 all had really good MP that suffered from small issues. (in the case of Max Payne, the issue was nobody played it )

I was hoping Teggy got this on 360 so we could play multi. Especially since I kept hearing how good uncharted mp was from him.

That's probably true.
FWIW, the new maps are some of the best designed maps I've seen yet in COD. Even the worst of the new maps is very good. Contrary to some of the previous map packs, I can whole heartedly recommend these.
I'm looking forward to the new league rules that start in a day or so. Should mix things up pretty well. Tons of things are on the 'not allowed' list. Enough things to shake the game up a bit. No UAV, no Ghost, no propelled explosives, no betties/claymores/c4, no hardline. Pretty much going back to basics with a gun focused game. Killstreaks will mean something I think.

Take a road trip out to New Mexico & Arizona so Pete and I can throw you a big party. I'll take you clay shooting, too. Pete will tell you all about pharmaceuticals.
sounds fun, need pete's lasagna though. Kato has a hobby though, it's playing every new release for about 2x longer than Eurogamer does.
