The girl on the left in the Progressive shot is the hot one.  I remember her.    The Progressive girl herself might be hot without the ridiculous makeup and hairstyle, but it's hard to tell.  Glade girl... eh plus or minus.

I've always been into WWI aviation, and spent countless hours playing Red Baron 3D back in it's heyday.  So I was obviously ecstatic when I heard about Rise of Flight.  I purchased it through GoGamer a few days ago, and it arrived today.  As I was preparing to open the shrink-wrap, I was dismayed to see the minimum system requirements.  

I'm still running an archaic rig from 2004 with an AGP video card (GeForce 7600GT).  This system won't even come close to running this title.  So until I'm in a position to do some major upgrades, I thought maybe someone else would like this game.

I payed $29.99 for it (got $10 off through the SimHQ code, and got free shipping).  I'm willing to let it go for $30, and I'll even offer free shipping.  The game is still shrink-wrapped, and completely virgin and unregistered.

For those of us that don't own every console this generation, name one exclusive that you wish would be available on the console you do own.

For me, I would pay a lot of money to be able to play Road to the Show on my 360. That's probably the only PS3 exclusive I have any interest in.

Hang in there Pete.  It's tough to keep "fabulous" down.  Next time I make it back to Phoenix, the beer is on me. 

I knew I wanted to be in the military since I was probably 10.  I had always had an interest in military history and had the good fortune of spending part of my childhood in Virginia.  I visited historic sites such as Yorktown, Manassas, Appomattox, and various other battlefields and sites in the area.  I eagerly joined JROTC in high school, and briefly was in college ROTC before I chose to enlist in the Air Force.

I likely missed out on much larger paychecks and other significant benefits by enlisting, but I've always had a steady paycheck, a roof over our heads, and food in our bellies.  I've never wondered if I'd be laid off or fired and in this current financial environment, that is beyond priceless.

I have been mocked on several occassions for staying in the military over the years.  At least I've still got a job today...I wonder if those detractors can say the same?
