Give me a fucking break.  It's GTA.

As always, any feedback is appreciated on our review.  This one was tough to write and even tougher to make a video without spoilers.

Pretty darn good review.  I appreciate the spoiler-free approach (unlike some other reviews out there this morning) and it gave me a good idea of what to expect.

Damn you guys.  I was going to wait for the PC release but ended up ordering the 360 version just before 6pm yesterday.

Yeah....I'm not thrilled at all about the FPS portion.

Just passed $18 million.  6 days after $17 million.  Unbelievable.

If that's the case, WinPhone 8 should have already won hands down - its interface and layout is well ahead of Android - and this is coming from Wozniak.

This article is from a year and a half ago.  Android has made some rather major improvements since then.

It doesn't anymore.  I've been in Security for a long time.  Things have changed.  Consumerization is key.  There is not a single F500 company that doesn't allow iPhones currently or is not planning to very, very quickly.

True.  I work for a decent sized bank.  We just went all-in on Apple (iPhones and iPads) for mobile because "it is what people are used to."  I tried to make an argument for Android but got the "too unsecured" excuse.  Windows/Surface wasn't even in the running or discussion.

I am always amazed at Microsoft's unique ability to never, ever learn from their mistakes.

Yep.  How in the blue fuck do they expect to recoup that investment?

Hey guys - long story short, we hear you. The VD store ended up coming across pretty much exactly the opposite way we wanted. We're working out a plan right now to make this right and I will have more for you as soon as possible.

$17 million.

BTW....the microtransactions have begun.  icon_mad   $20 for the fucking golf cart.

The credits we received in our packages are basically worthless.  1,000 UEC = $1 real life.

The Show 13
400 Days (which I think is horribly disjointed and boring so far)
And what the hell.....Mass Effect 3.  I need to get past the first couple of levels anyway.

I finally got in on a consistent basis by turning off Windows Firewall.  I'll give my impressions of all the ships a bit later today.

I can't even get into the hangar.  I get a loading screen and then a connection error after about a minute.

58  Gaming / Console / PC Gaming / Re: When did Madden dramatically start sucking this much? on: August 29, 2013, 09:34:43 PM
The only reason I bought this edition was for the Sunday Ticket.

But I will say, this edition sucks.  Far too high pass completions by the AI, (as noted) far too long loading times, just feels clunky, frame rate isn't smooth, downfield blocking sucks, etc.  I really debating in my mind about trading it in.

I can't fathom how this would rate over a 90 in reviews.

Have you backers been watching the vids that are out of the hangar module, or are you waiting to see it first-hand?

I watched the Discount and Business Hangar videos, but not the Deluxe because I want to be surprised walking through mine.

Here's my updated ship list.  Someone please stop me.

So this is going to come out for next gen, right? Right? I mean its not GT5 bad timing, but I'd much rather get it for the shiny new machines.

Edit: GT6? Whatever the new GT is.

I'm debating if I should hold out for PC.

This is what I'm doing.

That sim was so damn hard.  I remember getting so frustrated trying to drive the thing through turns.

Not much.....slightly over 30 bucks.

Only full programs I've bought are Kerbal Space Program, Poker Night 2, and SS2.  The rest was nickle and dime DLC.

In the end I see it as putting my money where my mouth is.  I have been wanting a new space combat sim in the vein of the Wing Commanders and Privateer for a long time.  While I am getting rewards for the money I spend, I am doing it to support a development team.

Agree 110% (Lou Ferrigno style)

It's a true investment in receiving what the space sim crowd wants.  There is no way this is going to fail. (Could you imagine the class action suit if it does?)
