Any of you remember "Mud" from Gothic? Well he has returned with a vengeance with even more annoying interrupting dialog. Also there is a bully outside of a bar that has the same opening dialog as a bully in front of a bar in Gothic 2.

Thanks Crawley, while the game isnt Devil's Whiskey, the website did lead me to another website that has the game    The game is Demise, though I'm not sure if it was Demise: Ascension. or DEMISE: Rise of the Ku'Tan. So I will be getting both.  Thanks for both of your replies, I had searched websites for 2 days before posting this question and had all but given up.
7  Gaming / Console / PC Gaming / Help me find a game (Helped) on: August 23, 2013, 03:41:16 PM
This is a Pc game, it wasn't released in stores, you could only get it on the website. It is a Rpg first person dungeon crawler (Ala Eye of the beholder) but nicer graphics. You had either 4 or 6 characters, with lots of classes to choose from. There was a demo released with the first 3 or 4 levels of the games dungeon. I think the 3rd or 4th level had a hidden exit to the next level, but finding that hidden exit then ended the demo. I don't know when it came out, but I played and enjoyed the demo many times 10-15 years ago. The website sold the game for 40+ I believe.
8  Non-Gaming / Off-Topic / Re: What D&D character are you? on: August 21, 2013, 05:48:22 PM
True Neutral Human Cleric (6th Level)

Ability Scores:
Strength- 9
Dexterity- 17
Constitution- 11
Intelligence- 15
Wisdom- 13
Charisma- 10

True Neutral- A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. True neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion. However, true neutral can be a dangerous alignment when it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction.

Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Clerics- Clerics act as intermediaries between the earthly and the divine (or infernal) worlds. A good cleric helps those in need, while an evil cleric seeks to spread his patron's vision of evil across the world. All clerics can heal wounds and bring people back from the brink of death, and powerful clerics can even raise the dead. Likewise, all clerics have authority over undead creatures, and they can turn away or even destroy these creatures. Clerics are trained in the use of simple weapons, and can use all forms of armor and shields without penalty, since armor does not interfere with the casting of divine spells. In addition to his normal complement of spells, every cleric chooses to focus on two of his deity's domains. These domains grants the cleric special powers, and give him access to spells that he might otherwise never learn. A cleric's Wisdom score should be high, since this determines the maximum spell level that he can cast.

Pretty nice game except the AI cheats. All enemies must have 200 points in small guns even though you can only reach 100. Long Distant Fire Fights? Not a problem for the AI, it will hit you 3/5 times while you are lucky to get one hit in. Medium Distance is no different.

Bump, added a few things. Really want to get into the RPG scene again after playing Lost Odyssey.

Did you beat it already?!  Holy moly!

Well I'm nearly on the fourth disc... but I feel like I'm beating it way too quickly, lol. I really, really liked it - my life pretty much went on hold since I started it.

" A teenager accused of robbing a student of two new Playstation 3s on the day the popular game consoles were introduced was killed by police who had been sent to arrest him."

Note that it said Accused. This means that he was blamed. I believe that in this country we are still innocent till proven guilty. It looks like the boy and dog got the Death penalty on site because of a unproven accusation. I just don't see how a police and any other person can mistake a Playstation 3 controller for a gun of any caliber.

Neverwinter Nights 2 at Best Buy for 27.00 after tax. I didnt get to Best Buy till around 2:30pm and there were still around 20 copies left.

Hmm also a pair of Size 16 Nikes, normally 139.99 for 54.00. Shoes in my size are hard to find so I think the shoe deal to be the best.

Warning, thanks for that Idea, I have the same problem, Disc 4 Crc error, it ends the installation everytime. I thought I was going to have to send my disc back to Valve for a replacement. Then you come along with a good idea and Steam is now installing the game. Thanks again!
