Can you guys reccomend any good workout DVD's, specifically core/weight loss. Preferably something I could do in 30-45min. for those days when running/biking isn't possible. Something I can throw on that needs minimal equipment.

I need some fucking motivation here folks. I'm no stranger to fitness, I've run a handful of marathons, triathlons and even an Ironman in 2010. The birth of my 3rd child, and my wife going back to work full time is killing me.
I need suggestions from those with similarly busy lives, how do you find the motivation/time to workout. I've gained 20 pounds, and feel like crap. My day consists of getting up at 630, corraling everyone to get ready for school/daycare, then dropping the youngest off at daycare and heading to work.
After work is come home, help get dinner ready, clean up, get baby ready for bed and crash from exhaustion.
I have a treadmill, and a Kinetic bike trainer.
I know I'm a whining bitch, but I need a kick in the ass.

Oh well. Really wish Raymond had tucked that wraparound in, but that's karma when you play like shit the rest of the series.
Good luck to the Kings in 2nd round... go Sens!

My homebrew, plain and simple. I now have 4 beers on tap at all times, who needs to buy beer You know what's better than homebrewing? Having friends who homebrew. My friends say that all the time!

Some guys get the benefit of the doubt that you won't go insane, but when you have a history like Cooke.. no matter how much you've reformed.. you don't get that benefit.

Can anyone tell me why the hell Matt Cooke got ejected last night? From what I could see, he held Kubina's stick, then got crosschecked twice, went to get up, got crosschecked again, tried getting up again and got crosschecked yet again, then somehow gets tossed.
Matt Cooke is not exactly Miss Innocent, so they were just preventing a potential rage mode. This year he is. He's been, by and large, above reproach when it comes to anything other than the usual 2-minute hockey stuff (and even that's much declined). I agree totally, but the refs also know the history, and they made it very clear they were in charge.

Yeah, I honestly don't think any of the Kings would intentionally hurt him, but like you say with a head injury it doesn't take much. A seemingly innocent hit could be taken as headhunting. I also don't think the Kings should have to avoid hitting anyone.
Part of me really wants a win tonight, it's not been fun at all and a little bit of enjoyment would be nice, since I'm staying up really fucking late EST time to watch these game.

I lol'd, the look on his face is priceless. In all seriousness.. I hope he doesn't play. The series has been nice and clean up until this point (Bitz/Clifford notwithstanding), it would be a shame to see him get run by the Kings (not suggesting that's what they would do).

I'm actually shocked at how bad the hockey is this year.
In my 30+ years of watching hockey I've never seen such blatant disregard for each others safety. Head shots will never get removed from the game, simply because they players don't care.. they keep doing them.
If someone had told me the next Pens/Flyers game was cancelled I wouldn't be the least surprised.

Kes wasn't the only one diving out there.
The Kings were working some magic of there own. Funny how those blinders work.
But seriously, who the fuck cares. It's a bit tiring to hear it constantly brought up, and does it look like they are gaining any advantage?
The Kings will sweep the series, and then will move onto nobody caring about them again. The Canucks are terrible, and don't deserve to make it past the first round, they can't put a puck in the net to save their lives.
The West is soft, and will get destroyed in the SCF.

Letang just murdered Timonen.
I used to like Crosby but he is turning into a bitch. Knocks Giroux's glove away as he's bending over to pick it up.
NHL is getting more bushleague by the day. I'm totally regretting picking Fleury as my goaltender in my pool.

Reports now that D. Sedin did not travel with the team to LA and will not be available for the series.
Not surprised, and probably wouldn't make a difference anyway. Too bad though, don't like to see anyone with concussions.

I have nothing to say about that abortion. The only entertaining thing was listening to Bruce Boudreau expose PJ Stock for the hack that he is.
Kings sweep.
Sucks that once again, Luongo was good but Schneider will get the start just because. To be honest, I'd rather get swept out of the first round at this point. This club needs a shakeup somewhere, could start with Newell Brown and his g-d drop pass. Guess what Newell, the other teams have a thing called "video" that they review. Psssst, they know about the drop pass.

I did get a chuckle out of this: "Also, it might not have made it to TV, but at one point during a stoppage in play, Alex Burrows put a pile of ice on his stick and lifted it up for Mike Richards to snort."

I'm glad Ballard is in. Bring some speed to that line. As long as Alberts is never in again, I will be happy.
Ebbett is decent too, 6 points in 18 games for the season.
Unfortunately Chris Lee is officiating.
