Plus, money is money. If he would have made the cake, it's not like he would have been supporting their marriage or anything, just providing a service to a person. Your personal beliefs aren't compromised by making a cake.
It's not like they wanted a drawing of gay sex on top of the cake in rainbow icing (including santorum), although if they did that would be hilarious.

OK, so let's say for a moment that no one is talking about removing ALL guns from the streets. We can all agree, I hope, that there are some responsible gun owners out there, and we don't necessarily need to take away their weapons.
However, let's say that there was a ban on, say, assault rifles. After all, yes, they're for "hunting," but unless you're hunting the Predator, it's hard to find an instance where you would need to vaporize your target in a hail of gunfire. Since the shooter purchased his guns legally, he may not have had an AR-15 to fire into the crowd.
Now, is that a reasonable compromise? Why or why not?

Nah, it's more fun going one-by-one through the alphabet. No one else is doing this, whereas everyone and their mother does retro reviews.

Day one purchase for me. I wish they would go back and recapture the feel of Super Mario World (SNES) though instead of Mario 3. Something about the over world mechanic with multiple interconnected hidden areas was just so appealing and something I truly miss out of the more recent games.
Part of that was because they had to rush SMW to the market, so they couldn't quite finish it. That's why there are certain things that loop back into each other, extra levels that don't really go anywhere or cause anything new to happen, and things like that. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Super Mario World, but it turned out the way it did purely by accident.

I loved Baseball Simulator! Man, it's been a while since I played that. I guess I'll be able to... in about a year.

Thanks. I know it's going to take for-fricking-ever, but ah well. By the time my kid is in high school, I'll be finished.

And the reviews are in. Against all odds, this game looks great: The whole concept of building a party, outfitting them will skills and equipment, and leveling them up over the course of 40 plus songs is really a lot of fun, and insanely addictive. Although the RPG elements feel a bit wasted, the varied gameplay options, scaled difficulty settings, and plethora of unlockable goodies still make for an excellent rhythm experience. The varying levels of difficulty, heavy emphasis on fan service and inviting gameplay make Theatrhythm a great way to celebrate the franchise's legacy. I love being able to appreciate these classics in a new way. I'll always get a chill listening to the intense orchestral version of "One-Winged Angel" or the happy-go-lucky chocobo theme. The tacked-on progression system may be unsatisfying, but it doesn't stop Theatrhythm from being a fun, simple rhythm game with an amazing musical library. This may be a pickup.

I'll be honest... I don't mind the small group of people. It's nice knowing the people you're posting with, knowing who's responding to your comments, as opposed to "XxHeroMan2887xX" or something like that.
For that reason, I just plain don't go to any other forums. At all. That's just me though.

When I was a kid, I watched the Andy Griffith Show and thought it was stupid and boring. I got a little older and started to appreciate it for its kindness, warmth, wit and intelligence. If that's what the man was like (and by all accounts he was), he'll be sorely missed.
