They're not always near a merchant though.  I forgot that the one in Covent Cross (or whatever the name of the second station is) is actually a bit away from the main area. Just wander around the station and look for something that looks like what's in the background of KD's 3rd pic.  of course you could always take a risk and ask on the chat channel  icon_wink

I was thinking the exact same thing. The only thing I really care about is the Daily Show and Colbert and I hate the thought of going so long without them. Otherwise I couldn't care less about the over paid industry (although I hope the Office and 30 Rock survive this).

And here's a bunch of new info on the game (none of it spoilers):

Quote
They also changed the way the game saves are handled. There is an autosave setting as well as being able to do manual saves. But most importantly, you can go back and forth between characters of your creation and game save points. To illustrate, letís say you have a light side Jill Shepard and a dark side Jack Shepard. You play a point in the game as the light side character. You want to see how the same point would play out as a dark side character, all you do is change characters and replay the point. This is HUGE over only having the option to just replay the whole game again as ďthe other side.Ē

i find this incredibly interesting.  while i'm hoping ME is a spectacular game that is worth playing multiple times, the idea that i can go back and replay areas with another character without having to replay the entire game might have some appeal.  if ME is as large as bioware is suggesting, this could be a huge time-saver for those of us with busy schedules (and big backlogs)...

Did I mis-read somewhere where they estimated a 15-30 hour game based on whether or not you do the side quests?
If thats accurate it doesn't sound that "large" to me.

Are you sure you're not confusing this with Jade Empire for the PC? I remember it's estimated completion time to be in the range of 15-30 hours.

there was some bit somewhere in this thread about how long they said the game was going to be, but I'm too lazy to look.

You can also change the difficulty on the fly. Getting the hang of it? Ramp up the difficulty. Getting your ass handed to you? Back it off a bit. Achievements that are based on the level of difficulty of completion are based on the average level of the game. You canít breeze through on easy, play the last level on difficult and get all the achievements. The game will still consider you 99% wuss and rate you accordingly.

they should make a special achievement for that called '99% wuss'  icon_twisted

Yeah it does sound pretty neat.  Though, I will say, unlike this Guy Fawkes event, I hope it's more accessible for players who aren't able to dedicate the time to get to a high'ish level.  For me, I'm level 10 and I can't access whateverhisnameis for the Guy Fawkes event because I haven't gotten that far yet (middle of Act 2).

I was wondering where the guy was for that.  yeah, they need to make the paid content accessible for everyone who pays, not just people who pay and are farther into the game.  Maybe they should make a special area for the special events that only subscibers will have access to whenever they want to go there.

I have encountered an occasional bug where Geralt will get stuck in an animation loop and be unable to move or doing anything when I attempt a coup de grace.  it's kind of annoying because in Act 3 I've found the best way to quickly deal with the mini-ants is to hit them with Aardi and kill them while stunned.

Tonight I get back to the game though, after one night of Hellgate and playing through CoD4 last night.
