Easily the best downloadable full game released so far, on any system. Tons of unlockables, bunch of different modes, tons of characters and stages and 1080p remastered graphics....for only $15.

Well it turns out that what was "cracked" was the AACS which is used by both HD-DVD AND Blu-Ray.

4. I can't think of a single game on the PS2 which supports 4 player same screen multiplayer.

We have 2.. Lights Camera and Pants, as well as Champions of Norrath.

IIRC the original PS2 only had 2 controller ports also, you had to buy the Multi-tap that would allow more controllers to be attached.  If you haven't alreadsy considered it I highly recommend the Logitech PS2 wireless controller.

Yeah, the CoD games excel at that.  Hell, the first CoD game had a mission that was essentially the equivalent of that classic Starcraft mission where you have to hold out against basically a horde of badguys for an extended period of time while waiting on reinforcements. 

Pretty much every CoD has had levels like that.  ATB, if you were to try a Call of Duty game, I'd suggest get CoD2 for the 360.  The 3rd one is OK, but the 2nd was better IMO.

GT crew pooped out tonight- not much success at all. We had some 2 on 2 for a bit.  USMCKato had internet problems and then we called it a night.  To be expected I guess on a night for a holiday weekend.

That said, I hooked up with a great group of guys and pretty much played with them for nearly 4 hrs.

In Calvins defense when I was on Friday night I didn't notice I had your invites until I accidentally hit the guide button and saw the 2 of them in my inbox.  The whole XBL notification system seems wonky at times.

They actually don't seem that hard to find anymore.  I saw a 60 GB at my local Best Buy this past Saturday evening and my wife saw several at Target yesterday.

The game feels maybe a bit unpolished and unfocused, and it could have benefitted from a bit better storyline, but the graphics are good, the combat seems ok, and its Star Trek.

I read somewhere that alot of the story got cut in order to get the game out the door just like they did with KotOR2.

Oh, and how could I forget one of the greatest maps evar, "Overlord" for UT?

When I read about that map it became my whole reason to buy UT.  Awesome map.

I have mine horizontal. It also sits on an old textbook to allow all of the vents to breathe.  No idea if it makes a difference or not, but after 2 others died on me I prefer not to take any chances.
