Is this any fun?  And I'm assuming you can only get it through D2D?
it hasn't released yet and i would assume that steam would have it too.  the tales site already does.

What if you asked if the majority of a race or ethnicity behaved a certain way?  Would that be okay?

take the original question, replace asian with african and ask the same question.  compare the results.

The good/bad part of constantly buying off Steam sales is that it's unusual that I don't own one or more games from all the bundles they do, which makes them easier to resist.

This.  I almost never get the packs, unless I can get one for the same price I'd pay for two of them.

What they should really do is have a pick-and-choose menu and let you get any five games from a group of twenty.  I probably mean they should do that for us, I'm sure they've figured out that this works better for them.

of course it does.  i already have bought a handful of games more than once due to the last sale.  if the new packs are also a buck per game, i will probably do the same.

definitely in on the oddworld pack though.

Thanks for posting that. I'd always wondered how that person made out. I guess I still don't know, but at least there was some movement.  icon_confused
Well, here's the video that shows the aftermath:

I think she made it ok (after a while). If you watch the video carefully, she lands on her shoulder, not on her head. Ugly fall. If she would have landed on her head, it would have been a spinal or head injury.. but she lands on her right shoulder, so she made it.

edited to add: One more thing. Like Bullwinkle pointed, I think it's a 'he'. A very young dude.
well, it's a relief in the general sense that some internet stranger didn't get too seriously injured the way you thought they were.  and yes, it does seem to be a dude (get a haircut ya hippie!).  as for the whole "the idiot deserved it" or not, i think my thought on this one is that if you take the risks, you should accept the consequences.  it doesn't make it any less painful to watch however.  cue the bull with his horn protruding from the guy's mouth/elbow pic.

The PS3/360 version is being developed by Liquid Entertainment, who last released Rise of the Argonauts.  So that doesn't raise my hopes much by itself.

Wasn't interested in pt 2. The first was was fun but had some terrible lvls like the junk planet. It also got tiresome due to repetitiveness towards the end. That was on my PSP. Last night I played the demo to pt2 on my Xbox 360 and it seemed pretty fun. Love the cutscenes and seeing the story. So might get this after all.

I was just totally disappointed in the first game though in other parts. Starkiller is super powerful....he can take out armies, kill Jedi, and pull a Star Destroyer down from the sky...but he can't beat Vader?? Every cut scene he let Vader bitch slap him. got old. I want to kick Vader's ass....as move on...not what the other one ended like.

And I like the Starkiller character. If they could somehow stick him in the next Star Wars trilogy I'd be fine with it. Hell make a movie around him and Juno. smile

Come to think of Juno...who would you pick to play her?..I'm going for a blond Kate Beckinsale..cause...well just cause ok. smile

if there's one good thing about FU2 that i liked, it was kicking vader's ass.

i got a lucky streak with a mountain composed heavily of cobblestone, so i have been able to turn it into a pretty nice looking apartment tower.  i am currently expanding it downward and outwards to search for other materials.  it took a while to get the hang of it, but i see the lure of addiction.  i haven't even begun to find all the other cool materials available, which makes it harder to do much at night except excavate the lower floors.

I would suggest in the early game that you just explore around the outside of cliffs to find some coal as soon as possible.

i will need to make it a day trip as the mountain i am on is pretty much the only big land feature on the island.  there are lots of little ones in sight but nothing that hints at a coal deposit.  i usually do my smelting at night for glass and use the minimal light it casts off to do more mining.  i have the smelter sitting above a glass floor which doesn't reach all the way down to the basement, but is enough when i am a few floors above.  i expanded out to the ground floor and put in windows and a lower door so i know when the sun comes up.

i have a pretty cool trap in place for the spiders and the other creatures which lets me roam pretty freely during the day and not worry too much about them.  the damn lurkers aren't smart enough to climb up though so i always watch when i go out.  i just need to clear out the leaves around the top so the sun burns away the undead.

i started a second world on my home pc and got a snow world.  looks pretty awesome but i haven't got many trees near the spawn.  great looking cave entrances though.
