I've been enjoying it. I think I'm done until release though since there is a character wipe coming.

Random question.... why do you get the same powers again as you level up (e.g. Magic missile then 10 levels later... magic missile).  Is it just trying to say it's gotten more powerful now?

As the game goes on you have less QTE. I found it's actually pretty rare execpt for "grab" after the first few hours

10 hours with 71%. I'll go back to do a bit more though and still give multiplayer a bit more of a chance this weekend though. Clearly I have a lot of tombs and such I didn't do at 71%.

Yes, of course I get that Colbert is making fun of Republicans too, but its not mean-spirited the way the Daily Show is these days. And yes, Jon will occasionally make fun of Democrats, but his interviews and such are from a VERY strong viewpoint whereas Colbert is more about having fun. I used to love the Daily Show, and Jon was my graduation speaker in college, just saying its gone too far for years now from my perspective.

Hopefully work will be out tomorrow for Snowsequeastrion in which case I will play a lot more. Put more time into it than expected today, at "24%" now. Save points are pretty often which makes me happy. I'm definitely missing a lot of the relics and such though, so I'll have to go back later to try to find more...

Played a couple games of team deathmatch. OK... haven't decided if I'll give it much time, but I'll try out a little more at least.

Tomb Raider (PC) was ordered from Green Man months ago for something like $31

At least for now most games with microtransactions don't let them overly affect gameplay balance. If it stays that way, fine. But games that screw it up won't get my money unless I can ignore those people and still enjoy it single player.

Yeah, I played the last two Gears with friends and would be willing to get the new one, but apparently they're still happy with GOW 3 (I tired a long time ago).

Last of Us, Beyond 2 Souls, Tales of Xillia, The Last Guardian (hah, maybe PS4), maybe God of War. Already played No Ni Kuni as a new exclusive since I got it in December.

Yeah. I've played all the main xbox exclusives and sounds like the friends aren't grabbing the next GOW on release. So just not sure what it would add at this point, why I need both. At least the PS3 has some more exclusives worth buying coming out.

I know a few people who have done it and claim they're good with hulu plus, netflix, etc.

Can you quit and sign up or switch providers and get a locked rate/new customer deal?

So, I've had a 360 since launch and greatly enjoyed the system. During holiday sales I picked up a PS3 and am currently playing through that system's backlog.

I'm looking at the upcoming 360 games, and I can't see anything coming up that's system unique, or that I think my xbox friends are all going to be playing.

Given that I have a PS3 (with many more games to play still) and decent enough PC, is there any reason not to try to sell my 360 at this point?
