Ok, trying to play for first time, getting an error "Failed to create render device - application will now terminate". Any idea what drivers etc are required? Mine haven't been updated in a while probably, but I don't recall any similar issues... Can my system even work?

I also have an older system that is obviously not ideal (though I could re-download to my wife's which is a bit newer).

Yeah, if they end up at $40 they might be figuring that since it is the casual market they might be able to make more overall by having a lower price. But there's still inconsistency between the online sites that makes it hard to tell what is happening with the pricing.

It's looking like $40 could be the MSRP on Banjo, though it's hard to tell. I see Viva listed for $40 at one or two and $60 at other places. In any case, you still can't be hurt by the newegg prices.

Yeah, I haven't gotten it to work yet either... we must be doing it at the wrong time... can anyone fully explain the trigger for when it will work (beyond them being red).

Enjoying it so far. OK, I am probably an idiot, but what do I have to do to get a critical finish? I'll have the opponent in what seems like red and hit all the buttons and nothing happens. Until they smack me for standing there like an idiot. Can I not do it the first time they are red or something?

Oh, and Yoda is a bit annoying to play against, but I didn't find him to be that over powerful.

Quality of sound/visuals is fine, but I didn't think there was anything in it that necessitated the big screen. Really not that many wide open shots or anything. Definitely more fun to see big screen still, but not really needed.

I'm on the fence... but I see myself likely giving in and grabbing it for the 360.

Saw it. I give it a B for enjoability for fans due to nostalgia, probably a C as a movie for people that don't miss the show. It explains a few things from the show, but not a ton as it is pretty standalone.

I don't remember having any issues playing Fables from a disc. And I haven't had any problems with Pirates! via xbox originals.

Gotta say the 3rd act was a bit of a letdown. I didn't think the songs were as good and I thought the twists were unnecessary, Joss just can't help himself... overall, still a lot of fun though. I'm just waiting to see what the extras will be on the dvd they are putting together!

Sigh, I'll play with it more. Mine did not come with the foam protruding from the horizontal plane... they were turned inward so it looks more two dimensional.

I know what it is SUPPOSED to look like... but the things start on the inside of the rectangular frame of the foam...

OK, I just got my box from Microsoft. Dumb question, but how do I open the foam things to put on the 360? The parts that are supposed to go outside to protect the side are still on the inside of the foam? I don't want to accidently break the foam...

Got 24... I'll give it a go. Something like this is more likely to motivate me and not kill myself than trying to jump right into my older more strenuous plans.
