After reading more about how multiple four star generals were brought down in a scandal the last few days, I've come to realize that the greatest threat to our country is not external. It's not terrorists. It's not jihadists. It's not China or Russia...
...it's bored housewives.
We NEED to get this contained, folks.

Post in reference to thread title. The Fed printing $45 Billion dollars a month and buying US Govt treasuries guaranteed to jack up inflation while everyone's taxes go up at the same time. I am really glad everyone else re-elected Obama.  Please - look up the Weimar Republic, 1970s England, and 1990s Yugoslavia. Those all happened relatively recently and tried to print their way out of debt without controlling spending. Our current govt keeps on trying to print their way out of debt while not having passed ONE SINGLE BUDGET since Obama took office - even in his first two years when Democrats controlled both the House and the Senate. WHERE WAS THE OUTCRY THEN??? Had it been a Republican President with Both houses and no budget, everyone would have known about it. Heck, the latest nonsense - just prior to the election, Obama proposed a budget which NO ONE in either the House or the Senate voted for, because it was ridiculously over the top. So, now, Obama essentially handed the SAME PROPOSAL to Repubs to solve the fiscal cliff debate???? Go on - just keep enjoying the Obama "freebies" which every tax payer is actually paying for and will be paying more for shortly. |
