You're wrong.  It's not a choice of being a hypocrite or going senile.

It's both.  smile

And Jeremiah Wright isn't scary?

Edit - See, this is why y'all think I'm pro-McCain and/or anti-Obama. The minister linked in the video is scary as hell. But so is Jeremiah Wright. Some of the hypocritical points in that video about McCain are bad. But Obama has changed his views as well, and has been hypocritical as well. For example, first he was against drilling, now he seems to be for it. He promised to take public funding, but realized how dumb that was and went back on it. Politicians are hypocrites by their very nature.

I never said he wasn't.  But he also, AFAIK, didn't come out and say that we're at holy war with Islam or any other religion.

apples and oranges.  Tongue

And just to clarify, seriously, I never said that Jeremiah Wright was not scary.  I just can't believe that the media and McCain's camp made such a big deal about him, and I have yet to see anything about this jerkoff on mainstream outlets.

No, the reason we think you're right-wing is because whenever someone posts anything critical of a conservative, you always say, "But the democrats are just as bad". I've never seen you do anything similar when a liberal is criticized. It's ok to have a critical discussion of someone. We don't constantly need to be reminded that someone else is guilty also.

Point out a thread similar to this one about Obama.

How? What about this thread tells you we need to be reminded that someone else is guilty also?

This thread shows that apparently you do.

While not on this forum, you didn't bring up that Republican was involved in voter registration fraud when other brought up ACORN and registration fraud. You decided to side with Republican and defend them for making a big deal out of ACORN. So far from reading both forums, you never defended liberal or point out that Republicans are also guilty when someone slammed liberal.

You didn't bring up McCain's relation with some criminals when Republican slammed Obama for his relation with someone who was a terrorist several decades ago. You were the one that keep slamming Obama for that.

When there is something against Obama, you keep bringing it up. But if there is something against McCain (for example his choice of Palin), you keep trying to bury it and attack people who bring up Palin.

Most of the time when there are anti-Obama posts, you were the one that leads the attacks. The only pro-Obama posts are about you are going to vote for Obama to prove that racism is no longer a big deal in US.

Now maybe you didn't mean to give that impressions to us. If so then you failed.

So you've read all my 3,000+ posts on both forums? Wild.

Doing a quick search, there was that stupid thing where women were upset that Palin's newsweek cover was untouched (with post-photo processing). I am the one who found a cover of Obama that was untouched.

I said that McCain and Palin should be correcting their audience if they're shouting the "scary shit" they're shouting at rallies.

I complimented Obama's campaign, saying his grassroots campaigning and online stuff will be the standard others are judged against in the future.

I was extremely critical of McCain pulling his campaign out of Michigan, going so far as to say that's one of the main reasons I'm going from undecided to voting for Obama.

And it goes on and on. I've said before that I lean conservative, so yes you will see me post mostly conservative views. But mostly I argue for the center, and as I've said before, this forum in particular is way far left of center. You don't see me arguing against McCain much because there are almost zero arguments here for McCain.

When you point out a thread similar to this one against McCain, I'll stop posting such thoughts. Until then, I'm like Anakin's prophecy, bringing balance to the board slywink.

Why would anyone need to start a thread against Obama? We have you.
