Something tells me nothing will come of this, but what the fuck was Chavez thinking?
I still have my doubts about the veracity of the files, but it's looking like Chavez really is/was supporting terrorists.

It's also worth noting that US money went straight to right-wing paramilitary terrorists.

There were people who suggested that Colombia's claim was just a political excuse they came up with after their incursion into Ecuador (which is where the evidence was found.)  Chavez, of course, made that argument.

Funny thing: I got duped. Interpol said "the documents aren't fake," but they didn't say they linked Chavez to the FARC.
