Date Movie.
I got suckered into seeing it last night and it is absolutely the worst movie I have ever seen. It was actually painful to watch this trainwreck.
Making matters worse was the fact that the writer/director felt it necessary to inflict his monstrosities against cinema comdy upon the viewer multiple times by shoveling the same lame and unfunny scenes at the viewer multiple times via flashbacks.
A small part of me has died after watching this movie. I now have less faith in humanity than before.

I like when this thread pops up!
It used to be 8MM for me until The Day After Tomorrow.
Good God that sucked.

Worst movie of all time for me is a tie between Shakespeare In Love and A.I. Only two movies I've ever walked out of.

Vice Squad, that Clown movie with Kevin Smith's cameo (Vulgar or something) and for high prod values I'd say Original Sin and Deep Blue Sea.

8MM is right up there near the top for me, but Beloved and Van Helsing are two flicks that I wish I could kill someone for making. Ditto The Thin Red Line.

I liked Van Helsing. Pretty decent if you aren't looking for Citizen Kane, and it had a nice twist on blending all the classic Hollywood horror characters together (in a League of Extraordinary Gentleman kind of way).
And "8mm" was, IMO, a great movie. Seriously deranged, but great. Not that I will probably watch it again, but for me, most dramas are a one or two view deal anyway.
I can't remember the name of the movie, but it had some stupid frat kids going camping, and catching some really messed up disease off some guy they killed. One of the guys just ended up killing everything in sight, til he got gunned down by some police, and falling into the town's water supply. One of the girls in it was VERY hot, btw. I had to fast forward through it, since it was so annoying, and afterward I really wished I could have gotten that 45 minutes of my life back.

I think Angelina Jolie is fucking gorgeous, and I still couln't make it past a half an hour or so. And I have a pretty high tollerance for bad movies.

What was so bad about 8MM? It has been a while, but I don't remember it sucking, it was reall uncomfortable in some parts, though.

Has anyone seen 'Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.' with David Hasselhoff as Nick Fury?
A war crimes council was convened in Geneva after this monstrosity was released. Uwe Boll actually said 'my god, someone made a worse movie than I could ever possibly make!' There was talk in the Muslim world to forgive Christianity for the Crusades and declare a Jihad on the director instead. Did I mention it sucked ass like a 2 bit drunken whore recovering from a 4 day cocaine binge?

Has anyone seen 'Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.' with David Hasselhoff as Nick Fury? i saw that it was on cable the other night and wanted to check it out, purely out of morbid curiousity but forgot to change the channel at the appropriate time. Maybe it is true that there are angels all around us, surrounding us, protecting us.

Freddy Got Fingered is DEFINITELY a worthy candidate.
Broken Flowers was just SO very uninteresting. At least Lost in Translation had a very strong (new) actress and an interesting location.

Snow Falling on Cedars... damn that movie was slow.
I liked Contact, Shakespeare in Love and Lost in Translation.
That said, I have never walked out on a movie before. Generally I make really sure I want to see a film before going.

I am sorry Uwe Bol's Alone in the Dark was by far worse than anything mentioned yet I'm sorry, but nothing is worse then Cabin Fever. For gods sake, the guys version of a mercy kill is bashing her head in with a shovel. Not, you know, using the rifle that's two feet away! Let's also not forget that the last 10 minutes is a shot for shot rip off of a much better horror movie.

I've never understood the hate for Armageddon - I really enjoyed that movie and it made me cry a little bit! You are what is wrong with the world. Yes, you are the kind of person that lets Jerry Bruckheimer think it's okay to keep releasing his movies. Although the Bruck did a great job with Pirates of the Caribean.

The Thin Red Line is the only movie I've ever stood up to walk out of and fireball pulled me back down saying that if something cool happened in the last half hour then we'd have to watch it all over again and neither of us wanted that. He had a good point, though nothing cool ever happened in that crapfest.
Here's a Bruce Willis troika: "Four Rooms", "Last Man Standing", and "The Jackal".
