Besided network drone stupidity/insanity:

  EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER

For those who have the DVDs or have otherwise seen it all - am I right?  Holy buggery!  Stupid TV show making me care about the characters.  There were times I was close to destroying my TV!

It's like an extremely long chick flick with elements of your favorite comic somehow tied in.  It was too good for FOX and TV in general.  Boo Wonderfalls for being too good and too emotionally intense! frown

My wife really liked that show and after being forced to watch it with her  , I did too. They seem to like to cancel the good shows...

And I thought it was canceled because it was silly.

I picked up the set due to the high recs around here and I've watched about half the season.  I think it's good show but nothing special.  The whole setup and resolution on a lot of the events just seems too convenient.  It's the ultimate American show as there is not just one, but many happy endings every episode.  Oh well, while it is cute and entertaining it's certainly not on the level with Curb Your Enthusiasm or Arrested Development, IMHO.  But then again those guys have had decades to hone their skills.

To thee I say, "Bah!"

Wonderfalls is to me what Firefly was to everyone else. In my opinion, the best show on TV at the time of a short cancellation by FOX. I'm dying to have Wonderfalls in my hands, yet am constrained by the timing of my birthday next Saturday. Bah! smile

I`ll agree that some things were too convenient but did you see the subject matter? It wasn`t exactly realistic  .

Id go so far as to say the Convienient things are a theme in the show and not accadental or deus ex machina.  In later Eps even Jay starts to question that.
