So Wolverines origins include Humvees and other modern vehicles? Where in his history before X-Men did he encounter Gambit? I guess we can expect Hollywood is taking some liberties with this storyline. Which isn't a bad thing, just means those of us that have read the comics for years will just have to forget what we've read.  |

I thought I saw Iceman and maybe Jean Grey too (?) so maybe some part of the movie is in the present/future?
Also is that supposed to be Sabretooth he is fighting?

Very interesting cast list. I didn't see Ryan Reynolds anywhere in the preview, that's cool. Deadpool should be fun. Also nice to see Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth. But Beak? WTF lol? Guest appearance from Scott Summers? Also interesting. No mention of Jean Grey and no mention of any of the Japanese background fron the comic books. I thought I saw some ninja stuff going on in that preview but I guess not.

I was watching that old movie The Thirteenth Floor last night and thought Vincent D'Onofrio might have made a good Sabretooth. I always picture him with a hint of dementia in his eyes.

i take it by their casting of william stryker that they are going to show him as a younger man than brian cox? that was a pretty good fit imo. just enough shadow conspiracy aura about him.
i wonder who will be the cameo now?
and can we get a spider man 3 reboot please?

Since the movie is a prequel to the Xmen flicks it makes sense to cast a younger Stryker. I agree Cox was good in the role, but just too old now to pull off that much of a younger man. |
