The first pick was some guy with his brains splattered all over the pavement, then he changed it.

I was thinking of this picture this afternoon. I tried to explain it to my mom. It didn't exactly work out. Now I worry that she worries too much about me. We aren't children any more. You people that voted for McDonalds... Seriously, that stuff is weak. I wouldn't let my dog eat it.

I'd vote for Wendy's, but the sick, mentally deficient little fuck that started this thread isn't capable of counting past 3 so I will have abstain from my vote. Everytime I go to BK they seem to overcook the burger.

Everytime I go to BK they seem to overcook the burger. Which is a damn good thing considering it's actually MEAT instead of that corrugated cardboard that McDonalds tries to pass off as food.

What about A&W burgers? What does everyone think about them? Personally, I find them too greasy and not in a good way like Jack-in-the-Box.

They're my favourite fast food burgers, by far - as long as they're cooked. But then, I've had an undercooked, microwaved burger at just about every place. However, none of those guys hold a candle to a good ol' Canadian Harvey's Hamburger. Best. Burger. Ever. Hell, evar, even.

I'm honestly not sure what a regular BK burger tastes like. If I have a burger at BK, I always get a whopper instead of a regular burger.

Burger King makes me sick every time I eat there, regardless of which location I eat at. I don't know what the hell they do to their food, but it kicks my ass every time.
I can eat Wendy's, McDonald's, or whatever other Fast Food you should pick as often as I like without getting sick, but Burger King does it to me everytime.

In n' Out makes an excellent burger. Jack in the Box is my second choice.
BK and McDonalds are low on the burger totem pole with the winner being whoever wins the coin flip.

(1) Chili's black pepper burger - rolled in same & crusted/blackened, served w/ frenched onions in bun & topped w/ blue cheese. Just Sensational.
Sundry distant runners up:
(2) Hardee's 6-dollar-monster thing (which sells for 3.98 or so). Might very well kill ya, but as far as fast food burgers, it is a step above the others IMHO.
(3) In the cheapo 99 category: Rally's Rallyburger. Awful for you I'm sure, but awful tasty.
(4) Among only the big 3 chains, Wendy's Big Bacon Classic is the keeper.
(5) Limiting to stictly just between BK v/McD, I have nothing against BK's Whoppers. Infinitely better than anything at McDs.

C. None of the above. So many better choices. Only for sentimental reasons (I still remember the first time my mom let me order a BigMac all to myself, are you sure you can eat all that honey?) and the now deceased McRib do I venture near those waters.
Edit: duh I also would go for the fries and Shamrock Shakes (mmm plasti-shake).
