I noticed that they talk more about games here, which is cool, and off-topic stuff more at OO, which is cool.  I like them both, although I have about 850 posts there and, like, 10 here.  It's just cool being on the ground floor of a community and having a say in how things work to some extent.

it seems that OO got all of the verbose mods that I disliked from GG, so I prefer CG.

verbose just means you get the area description every time you enter it.

Count me as one who gets it.  I loved those games.

I went over to OO a few weeks ago and clicked on a seemingly innocent thread in Everything But Gaming. Within ten posts it had devolved into religion bashing and name calling. I'll never go back.

Which thread was this?

Oh, and OO should be frequented on the fact that I post there a lot.

'Ask SuperHiro' cannot be MISSED!  That alone is worth the price of admission!

well, at one point everyone liked CG and thought of it as their new home., but GG mods didn't like the fact that they were powerless, started their own forum.

Everyone? Speak for yourself. I'm hardly among the "powers that be" from GG/OO, nor do I read R&P, but even I knew from the beginning that there was a new site coming to replace GG (or at least its forums). If some folks decided they liked it here, fine. If some wanted to visit both (as I tried to do for a couple weeks), that's fine, too. But don't make too much of the fact that some people who HADN'T been CG regulars before GG went down STILL weren't CG regulars after OO came up. It's nothing personal, it's just that for some people CG was a new home and for others it was just temporary shelter.
