I found the sub silver to be too bright, and the sub black most reminded me of GG, but the Cobalt 2 is pretty freaking cool. Which one do you like?

I like the Cobalt but it was too hard on my eyes. Too busy pehaps? Right now I am using the silver. I haven't tried the black yet.

I'm used to subsilver from QT3 so I'm sticking with it.
By the way, isn't there a way to do polls on this forum software? Or are polls disabled? This would be a good topic to run as a poll.

Neutral on subSilver, thought Cobalt looks cool, but not too good for the eyes, subBlack is a bit boring, but that's why I'm using it - easy on the eyes. |

Just so everybody is clear, Cobalt was an experiment towards coming up with a default theme for the site. It launguished for a long time because it was just damn difficult to adapt to my wants/ needs. (drove me frickin nuts)
All you GG guys coming aboard set a fire under my ass to put something up a bit more palatable than subsilver. tho, now I think about it, I may make a few adjustments to that one today to get it more in ,line with the overall site.
other themes are actually on the drawing table as well. While I don't mind subBlack, it still doesn't completely do it for me. In researching options, however, I think I may have stumbled onto a base template that might meet my needs.
What's even cooler is that choosing a theme that suits you may not be limited to just the forums sometime in the future....
