Eh, I'll just believe you took a pic of yourself in your backyard and photoshopped it to ease my envy.

Damn that looks awesome!

Wow, nice looking mountain.  I am very, very jealous.  I have to go skiing at least once this year.  I only got one day in last year and that just wasn't enough.

I'll leave a placeholder here for a pic of what I did this weekend.  A college friend came in town and we partied like we were back at good ol' UNT all weekend.  Good times.

Yeah we've been finally getting good snow. Been a long time when Tahoe had this good of snow pack this early in the year. Considering Reno/Tahoe area has been a drought for like 10 years.

Got together "the gang" for a Lord of the Rings marathon on Sunday.  Extended Editions, no less.  691 minutes of LotR goodness on a big-ass Samsung HDTV with progressive-scan DVD player.  Snack breaks between each disc and meal breaks between each film.  We began our journey at 0945 and ended at 2315.  First time any of us had watched RotK:EE.  Some great stuff in there.

While I like the sound of that, I wonder if I'd be able to sit through it all!!!!!  Can't wait to unwrap RotK and watch it though!

i have thought about doing that, but 11.5 hours of film just sounds too much for one day.  i might actually get burnt out with such a feat.  as it was, the 4 hours of rotk ee was just about as much as my family could muster at one time.
