Amazing!  Most likely a web developer getting even.  I’ve wanted to do the same on a couple jobs but never quite dared.  I did hide a dancing chicken in on website once but you have to look pretty hard to find it.  icon_twisted

The third leg is from another person.  Presumable the person working on the laptop.  I have no clue what is going on with her arms, though.

Actually, women on average can extend their elbows out a bit farther than men.  But nearly all humans have a bit of extra extension available in the elbow, just part of the way that joint works.  You won't ever see it unless someone is deliberately extending that out for a time, or in still photography that catches the arm at full extension for a split second.
