There's nothing like a good death scene. Especially villian death scenes.  icon_twisted  My three favorite villain death scenes of all time are...

3) Death of Lord Cutler Beckett from Pirates of the Carribean 3

2) Death of Hans Gruber from Die Hard

1) Death of Belloch and the Nazis from Raiders of the Lost Ark

Anyone want to post their favorites?  icon_cool

EDIT: Here's some I've added in line with people's posts...

Death of Unikron from Transformers
Death of T-1000 from Terminator 2
Death of Roy from Bladerunner
Death of Samuel L. Jackson in Deep Blue Sea
Death of Quint in Jaws (fuck I'd forgotten how scary that was icon_eek)
Death of Gomer Pyle in Full Metal Jacket (yikes!)
Death of Officer Alex Murphy from RoboCop.

I was thinking villains.

I'd say Leo in The Departed.

Unikron from Transformers

Awesome vote.

I'll add:

Death of Mustafa from Austin Powers 1
Death of the Guy on the Toilet Getting Eaten by a T-Rex from Jurassic Park
Death of Spock from Star Trek II
Death of the Guy Who Had His Eyes Bug Out in Mars' Atmosphere from Total Recall
Death of McMurphy from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Well ain't that an eclectic mix.

This was the first one I thought of too.  Certainly not my favorite (Joss, you bastard!!), but very memorable.
