Nope not alone I quit drinking all soda's a few months ago and just drink water now.  I feel better and have lost a few pounds.

I read where one serving a day of regular soda is 14.5 pounds of weight to work off in one year, thats just one serving which is 8 ounces I think.

How many "servings" do you drink in a day?

Funny you should ask.  The new job's Holiday party is tonight, but as the FNG I'm manning the office.

Which isnt quite the bad thing one would expect.  They went all out for the people burning the oil tonight: I had steak, a big chicken breast, several huge shrimp, french fried onions, spinach, and am staring at a huge piece of cheesecake with raspberry sauce, contemplating if I can eat it without exploding.
