Don't jack it up Disney!  I am highly skeptical about this whole idea.  TRON is a great movie that is still a lot of fun to watch.  Especially for the nostalgia of the early PC days.

I really liked the old rumour about making an Apocalypse Now-esque sequel to Tron, where the Jeff Bridges character has been stuck in the computer world for years and has become a mad ruler in the virtual world. Anyone else hear about that one?

(And on a side note, that's what I really wanted to see in a Matrix sequel, a movie where Neo had become demi-god ruler of the Matrix world, doing as he pleased with no interest in the fight between man and machine.)

I couldn't think of anything original to say so I'm just going to rehash Greggy_D's quote.

Didn't they just remake Tron in video game form?  I had a great time with it, I can't imagine another movie being nearly as good.  They should just take the game and make a movie out of that.

The game was actually a pseudo-sequel where you played Jeff Bridges' character's son.
