Apparently the blond lady rushed to the hospital is most likely Elin's mom, who was visiting them. Also, apparently the TMZ has become the Tiger Channel.

Everyone who Falls From Grace seems to get a second chance, but it's going to take a PR campaign of herculean proportions to make him seem anything other than just plain old skeevy.

This just in - Someone called 911 from Tiger Woods house. However, it was later revealed that Tiger was just listening to Fire Burnin by Sean Kingston and got confused.

The list so far:

1.) Rachel Uchitel. The club hostess was the first of the women to be linked to Woods after the National Enquirer reported that she traveled to Australia to be with Woods during a golf tournament there. So far, she has denied the affair.

2.) Jamie Grubbs. The 24-year-old reality show contestant and cocktail waitress claims she carried on a 31-month-long affair with Woods until his crash last month. She offered a Woods voicemail to prove it.

3.) Kalika Moquin. The 27-year-old club manager from Las Vegas is reported to have had a brief sexual relationship with Woods. She would neither confirm nor deny the report.

4.) Cori Rist. The 31-year-old swimsuit model reportedly met Woods at a Manhattan club last year before they began a sexual relationship that led to Woods flying her out to various secret locations for hook-ups, and her introducing the golfer to her 7-year-old son.

5.) Jamie Jungers. The 26-year-old, who sold her story to a British newspaper, is a former employee of Trashy Girls Lingerie. She said she met Woods in Las Vegas.

6.) Mindy Lawton. The 33-year-old pancake house waitress from Orlando claims she was dumped by Woods in 2007. According to the Post, it was her affair with Woods that was caught on camera by the National Enquirer, when he was snapped dropping her off at her trailer park. The threatening news later led to a Woods Men’s Fitness cover in exchange for the magazine’s silence about the alleged affair, the New York Post reports.

7.) Holly Sampson. The 36-year-old from Los Angeles is a former porn star, who has starred in such films as “OMG, Stop Tickling Me” and “Flying Solo 2.” According to the Sun, she has neither confirmed nor denied her affair with Woods.

8.) Unidentified Alleged Mistress No. 8. A former cocktail waitress from Orlando, Fla. does want to reveal her identity yet, according to her attorney Michael O’Quinn. But this she has said: at the time the affair allegedly began, she was 20 years old and met Woods at the Roxy in Orlando, where she was a VIP server.

9.) Unidentified Alleged Mistress No. 9 is reported to be a “sexy” British TV presenter who was single at the time, but is now married.

10.) Unidentified Alleged Mistress No. 10. is reported in a UK paper to be a “sex-addicted cougar.”

11.) Joslyn James. The star of many, many porn videos was named on the sports blog Deadspin.com as a Tiger regular, but did not respond to the site's call for comment.

Gatorade dropped tiger

They dropped the Gatorade Tiger drink. And this supposedly was a decision that was reached "months" ago, and reports started coming out just a few days before his accident.

Quote
Gatorade's Tiger Focus is just one of a number of Gatorade products the company has decided to discontinue to make room for new products next year, a company spokesperson said in a written statement Wednesday.

[snip]

Beverage Digest estimates that Tiger Focus represents less than 5 percent of Gatorade's volume, with sales down 34 percent this year through October, the AP reported.

The magazine reported the decision to drop Tiger Focus on Nov. 25, two days before Woods' accident, and editor John Sicher said he learned of the decision the week of Nov. 9.

It very well could be that Gatorade caught wind of the scandal and wanted to pull the plug before shit hit the fan, but in this case I doubt it. It seems like their entire product line is getting reshuffled, and they are in the middle of rebranding themselves. It probably just amounts to horrible timing for Tiger.

So a Wash. Post female columnist wrote a column basically saying it's all "our fault" for putting Tiger Woods and other pro athletes up on pedestals and so forth. It's gotten 282 comments at last count.  icon_razz

It's only a letdown if you expected something better
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/09/AR2009120902774.html

I'd lost respect for him over the years, but it was more because of his and his caddy's often boorish behavior towards fans, and his immature tendency to throw his clubs and rip up turf with them. I loved to watch him play because it was exciting to see him burn up the course, but I didn't feel his often John Daly-like behavior did anything to make golf fun to watch. The more I've read about him, the more it seems like he probably stopped having fun playing golf when he won that first masters by umpteen shots in '97.

I assume he's laying low in the hopes that TMZ will at some point stop being the Tiger Woods Philandering Channel, or that some other scandal will push his profile into the background.

I don't, for a couple of reasons.
1. The writer assumes we're all hypocrits. That we all are angry at Tiger for his cheating, but forgive people around us who do.
2. People expect better of Tiger because he has gone out of his way to present himself as something better. And he's made a billion dollars doing so. Sure a LOT of that money is purely based off this golfing skills... but a lot of it is also because of the clean-cut, reliable, good human-being image he so carefully cultivated.

I was shopping for Xmas gifts at a sportings good store tonight, and I'm spinning a book and DVD kiosk and I kid you not...

"EA Presents Tiger Woods' Family Golf Game!"
"With personal tips from Tiger!"
The more I read the game/DVD box, the more I started laughing.  icon_razz What made it better was ESPN doing a lengthy report about his announcement at just the same time.

I dunno. If he takes a year or two off, maybe up and coming youngsters will grab the spotlight. I imagine Nike, which markets him in about every way imaginable shy of breakfast cereals, is flying its flags at half mast. And maybe EA will have to re-think using him as their videogame/PC game branding for golf.

I really hope he cleans up his act for his family's sake, but unless he checks into "sex addiction rehab" (like actor David Duchovny did some years ago, I think), I doubt he's going to magically become a devoted, faithful family man over night. As much as everyone wants to be filthy rich, I read so often about people who get so rich that basically they answer to nobody, and nobody says "no" to them. Probably his late father was the only person who might be able to instill some discipline in him at this point on matters other than golf.

I like Tiger's new image.  Self centered ass, jetsetting male slut, champion golfer who sticks his middle finger up at conventions like marriage and being a good husband.  Forget trying to repair a phony image, unleash the real Tiger.  I want to see him ripping up autograph requests, swearing at hecklers, throwing clubs into the audience, making out with fans between holes, and going after every Denny's and IHOP waitress he meets...and then adding it to the babe counter on his website.  1,100!  Only 900 to go to hit the 1st quarter 2010 Tiger Romp goal.  Embrace the ugly.
