They were both wrong, but lets look at the levels of wrong.
The Dog Crapper - This guy let his dog crap in the park and didn't pick it up. Disrespectful and probably a fine-able offense of $100 or so.
The stupid super hero wanna-be poo thrower- He filmed himself picking up poo then throwing it, at close range, into the face of someone who didn't even see him coming. This is assault, and most likely an offense punishable by jail time.
So which one was worse to you?

I wasn't judging Rowdy's statements in relationship to the poop hurling. People should never think it's okay to leave their dog's crap anywhere but on their own property. The poop hurler handled a bad situation in a poor (albeit humorous) way. The guy leaving the crap sucks as well. It's really a lose/lose situation in that clip, except for the audience who wins via the funny. |
